What's your vaping style? I ask because they are quite different.

I have an original Lemo, and the deck, vape is essentially the same as the new II. Its meant for single coil and gives excellent flavor. The airflow is very adjustable from very tight to quite open. So it suits mouth to lung, flavor chasers to cloud chasers alike.

I don't have a Goliath, but I've had an Orchid, Silverplay and Billow. Definitely needs wide open airflow or it can be a hot vape. So its big, fast, direct lung hits. Its meant for dual coil. If you prefer a very warm/hot, lower subohm build with fast lung hits, this is your atty. If you are looking for a more relaxing vape, you would probably prefer the Lemo.

I just got a Goliath last night. Built with a rayon wick 28g contact microcoil at .46 ohms because my standard 24g 2.5mm coil wont fit in the chimney. It's an easy build once you abandon the idea of cramming a dripper sized dual coil in there. A 26g 2mm coil might fit. There's a notch between the posts that would accommodate a larger single coil if thats your delight.

I kicked it off with a peanut butter and chocolate with bourbon vanilla and coconut, I DIY, 6mg max VG sauce at 35 watts. Great cloud production, the airfrlow is similar to a medium to large dripper and lung hits are the norm. My juice flavor is a bit muted at that power and build in this tank. It really comes out at 60+ watts on my Freakshow 24g 2.5mm coil .18 ohms with rayon. I bumped it up to 55 watts before I started to lose wicking capability, so for this build, I'm thinking I might want a different juice - fruit or mint/menthol.

All in all, with the 3+ ml juice capacity and both air/juice control, I'll be carrying this on my Sigelei as an alternative flavor hitter backup to my SMPL/Freakshow for when I'm out and about or I'm driving. It doesn't produce obnoxious clouds and doesn't require dripping. It's a great step up from my KFL and Taifun GT which were airflow limited. I don't see this as replacing a dripper any time soon, especially since it's so damn big in comparison, but maybe tweaking the build as large as it can go, it might get into the flavor/cloud territory of a dripper. It certainly has the wick and air to do it.
