If I have two bottles of 18mg liquid different flavors and mix them, is it still 18mg or is now stronger than the original 18mg?

Seems like I get a head buzz when doing so, I have stop doing it since.

Ok, so if you mix any amount of 18mg liquid with any amount of 18mg liquid, the amount of nicotine will stay the same (18mg/ml). The only thing I can relate it to is 2% milk... if you have 2 bottles of 2% milk, one being strawberry and one chocolate, no matter which way you mix them the resulting mixture will always be 2% milkfat.. however the flavor will vary.

Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere, just came to me.

What is the actual name for "eliquid"? I know that's what it's called here but what is the actual name for it if you were to search for it elsewhere. Isn't there anything called "nicotine concentrate" or "nicotine solution"? I need to find a place to get this stuff in bulk because I don't much feel like paying $20 for 30 little ml. I'm talking gallons worth..

I just got my e-cig starter kit yesterday. It's the Smoking Everywhere Gold & the atomizer is built in. Can I still refill cartridges with liquid? I ordered some smoke juice from Johnson Creek but it hasn't gotten here yet. Still, I'd like to start making my own if possible.

Sorry to hear about your SE gold:( purchase Hope. Yes you can refill your carts but I gurantee your not going to ever get 200 puffs out of a cart.
Might want to check your warranty fine print to ensure your not going to void it by refilling first, because your definitely going to need that 12 month warranty...probably many many times within a year.8-o

Oh dear. I thought they were supposed to be pretty good. What should I have gotten instead? I'm already not happy with them. I might get half a dozen good draws & then it's just nothing. Thinking about sending them back.

Hope,

I would suggest you visit this forum Electronic Cigarette Reviews - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat and watch some of the video reviews or read through some of the posted comments to help you determine a good starter kit.

Most of the higher rated e-cig starter kits are available for about $50 and are available from many of the suppliers listed on the Forum.
See the Sticky at the top of the reviews forum for a list of suppliers to avoid.

I started with the Janty Kissbox and the wife started with the DSE901, Both have performed well for us.

The more I read the more I get confused.DIY>Ok, so if I have (36mg and want to cut it 50 e-liguid &/50 PG that would make it 18 mg?)1ml of each: right? And 24mg (cut in half pg ,half e-liquid would be 12mg.)Or am I still flunking math?I have looked at the hackometer,and the percentage confused me ,Is there a simple breakdown on the ml e-liquid to ml of vg or pg anywhere on site I can follow.I have watched Rita's video50/50 and like her approach but didn't hear what her mg came to be with final product !Any suggestions

Not sure of my math. Someone will need to verify the accuracy. (Using 1 ml = 20 drops)
36mg to 24mg (36/1.5) 20drops 36mg and 10drops 0 nicotine
36mg to 18mg (36/2) 20drops 36mg and 20drops 0 nicotine
36mg to 16mg (36/2.25) 20drops 36mg and 25drops 0 nicotine
36mg to 14.4mg (36/2.5) 20drops 36mg and 30drops 0 nicotine
36mg to 13.1mg (36/2.75) 20drops 36mg and 35drops 0 nicotine
36mg to 12mg (36/3) 20 drops 36mg and 40drops 0 nicotine

Liquid express has a good tutorial on mixing and cutting down of strenghts. Wes

Liquidxpress say this:

"x = 36 / 15

x= 2.4

For every 1ml of 36mg liquid you put into a 15ml bottle you will add an over all 2.4mg of Nic..."

I've just sent them this message:

"... I was just looking at your mixing tips and saw that you think there's 36mg of nic in a 15ml bottle.

Most manufacturers apparently sell mg per gram - that would be 36mg per gram of eliquid. As a gram of propylene glycol is approximately 1ml that translates to more or less 36mg of nicotine per 1ml.

In a 15ml bottle that's 15x36=540mg

To say that in a 15mg bottle there is 36mg and you divide by 15 to get the ml strength is completely erroneous and potentially dangerous..."

EDIT

I think I misunderstood what was being said. They mean if you dilute 1ml of 36mg with 14ml of no nic.

Sorry ... I'm a dumbo. I've just sent them an apology.

Hi everybody! This is my first post ever. I've been researching and enjoying this forum for about two weeks, and vaping for about eight days now. I used to smoke seven cigs per day, and I've only smoked three in the last eight days since I purchased an Njoy Ncig. (one of the batteries didn't work at all from Day 1 and I've been limping along on one good battery while waiting for Njoy to send a replacement.)

Anyway, I've started making my own liquid mixes, mainly using VG, Lorann's and extracts from supermarkets. One product (I guess it is an extract) that I bought recently is Frontier "alcohol free almond flavor." It says that it is premium quality and all natural. I found it at Whole Foods market, and two ounces (59 ml) costs $4.00.

Here's the thing: the ingredient list says, "Glycerin, water, natural bitter almond oil." The bottle looked like it had room for an additional milliliter of distilled water, so I added that, bringing the total to 60ml. I shook it up to mix in the extra water, and dripped it right into an empty cart.

It vapes like crazy, tastes great, and leaves a faint aroma of almond cookies in the air! Has anyone had any success in vaping something like that pretty much straight out of the bottle?
