Lu is absolutely correct, literally translated, Anhydrous means "without water". Usually that indicates the material has been chemicaly dried and redistilled to remove the drying agent.
The undetermined .5% is likely high boiling vegetable oil constituents. I've had good luck with the "Now" brand 100% pure VG available on Ebay. Seems like I paid about $10 for 16 oz. bottle.
As to repacking carts... I've found the Tea bag material is almost too good. I wanted to see how many drops I could get into my KB carts and decided to stop at 50 drops even though the cart was not yet full! That material wicks like crazy though, after a couple of pulls the atomizer was sounding flooded so I pulled out the cart, inserted a mouthpiece and Vaped til the atty started drying up then put the cart back in... That sucker is still vaping after 5 hrs!
Gonna try the coffee filter paper next. Seems more dense and may not hold as much liquid, But I wanna see if I end up with less liquid in the cart.
I'll stick with the material that wicks better, leaving the least amount of liquid in the cart.

I figured out a good tasting menthol mix. Thanks to truckmouse (I am assuming that is you, Frank) for giving me the PG to get started..But here is my mix:
12ml PG

I ordered nicotine liquid from E-puffers and never received my order. Paid 7 dollars for shipping and cannot find out whatever happend. No human to talk to. This insane "ticket" inquiry system. All it does is crash. I was doing so well with transfering to the ecig and they ruined it!. I will kiss off the money because thats part of buying blind. But even Paypal didnt warn me that there were problems with this site. I have been buying on the web for years. First time I got taken. But do not send them money!

They have excellent PG or VG based unflavored e-liquids in a wide range of nicotine concentrations and their customer service appears to be on par with the high quality of their products. Hi Trayler_Trash- Do you mind telling me what you paid for the Now VG. I just bought a bottle of 16 oz and paid $32.00 with taxes. I thought this was excessive and would not have bought it if she hadn't rang it up. I should have asked how much first. I am one dumb bunny. I previously bought some at our local pharmacy, but it didn't say vegetable on it, however I only paid $$7.50 for it.
Now 100% pure VG for less than $12 on ebay.

Texas, I googled around and found a place near me that carries TONS of flavours. Just type in Candy Suppliers or something similiar and the name of your town. It took me a little while to find a place. I forget what exactly I typed into google to get me my results. Just try different things.
Thanks StratOvation for the links for the Now VG. Boy, they must have seen me coming, with a big S written on my forehead. Well I now know not to step a foot into that health food store again.

mix the flavorings and pinch of menthol crystal and let sit for about 20 minutes, the flavorings have alcohol in them so it seemed to melt pretty good that way. Mix with VG and nic juice. swish around and enjoy a nice Junior Mint. Mmmmmm.

My mother- inlaw owns a candy making supply store and carrys the lorann flavorings. I will get with her and get a list of flavors and sizes and report back. It make take me a few days to get it done.
If I have two bottles of 18mg liquid different flavors and mix them, is it still 18mg or is now stronger than the original 18mg?
Seems like I get a head buzz when doing so, I have stop doing it since.
I have also order 480ml of pg from walgreens ($12.00) and it says USP type. Is this the right one to mix with?
I did put two drop of carmel into 3ml of ry4 to enchance the flavor and it does taste better to me.
