Em where's my $400+!!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 7/23, WAS SENT A TRACKING #, AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS STILL COULD NOT TRACK IT, CONTACTED EM AND IT NEVER SHIPPED, THEN THEY DECIDED TO MAKE PARTIAL SHIPMENT AND ONLY SENT ME THE juice AND DRIP TIPS. I HAVE CONTACTED DAVID YANG BY EMAIL CONSTANTLY SINCE THEN. HE FINALLY SHIPPED MY INDULGENCE "PIECES" WHEN I HAD ORDERED THE KITS. HE DID NOT SHIP batteries, CHARGES, ATOMIZERS OR CARTS. THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP IN 2 WEEKS (AUG 14) THEN SAID THEY WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FINISH AND REFUSED THOSE. I HAVE EMAILS STARTING FROM AUG 2nd BACK AND FORTH WITH DAVID YANG ABOUT MY ORDER AND HERE IT IS OCT. 6th AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE COMPLETE INDULGENCE KITS OR THE EXTENDED CUPS batteries OR CHARGERS. ON SEPT 18th DAVID YANG PROMISED HE WOULD BE SENDING MY ORDER ON THE 20th, STILL NO PRODUCT AND NO RESPONSE I SENT TO HIM 2 DAYS AGO ABOUT MY ORDER. ALL EMAILS WERE SENT TO BOTH DAVID YANG AND THE SUPPORT EMAIL. HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL SENT TO HIM 2 DAYS AGO WHICH I INCLUDED COPIES OF THE PREVIOUS EMAILS. DAVID YANG......... WHERE IS MY $400????????????

That's really terrible. I feel your pain through your post. That's another reason I don't order outside the U.S., you lose all control. Not just ecig stuff, when I order on ebay I always check the U.S. only box. I did one time from deal xtreme and they tried to cheat me. I knew not to. I had to start a dispute through Paypal to get all my money back. Thank God I used Paypal.

I have been using EM since Feb 2009 and NEVER had a problem till now. I guess I will have to rethink my options in the future. Alvin ecigs is a great supplier, he's right outside Houston and I ordered something from him back in May just to get me through till EM got their Indulggence in and I got it the next day, NO SHIPPING CHGS!

I'm not putting down his company. I've never used them. I was just talking about buying outside the U.S. in general and the fact that you give up allot of control doing so. They might be the best vendor on ECF for all I know.

Oh I understand that 5card. Was just saying that buying in the US or any country that you reside in gives you more control on your purchase.Does EM expect me to pick up the phone and call China to raise h*** with them? I've already lost enough money on this order, sure not going to add to it by calling China!!!

the 1st to the 7th is the national holiday so your email of 2 days ago will not even get read untill the 8th at the earliest.

I will grab hold of David as soon as I possibly can, and i will get this resolved for you . Di ....

Di, I appreciate your response, however, I couldn't even get an answer to my email previously until I put in the subject line "7th REQUEST". And this is not like I just sent an email 2 days ago, this has been going on LONG BEFORE a dang week of national holidays!!!! Like I said I have been emailing them since August 2, so holiday is NOT an excuse for what has taken place. David said he didn't say this and he didn't say that, well I sent his emails to him in this last email proving to him what he had told me. Don't tell me how "pointless" it is in sending an email during national holiday week. If this had just been taken care of like David Yang promised there would not be a problem with any dang holiday. I am NOT taking this BS of holidays as an excuse for their incompetence in taking 3 months to ship my order, OR NOT SHIP I SHOULD SAY. But yet they have my $400+, no problem they took that in a heartbeat!I told David if he was not going to resolve this to refund my $400+ and include shipping charges to ship what I did get back to him.Also, as instructed I sent an email requesting my points. David sent an email back saying that the points were posted and how much they were. But when I go to the site there are NO points and shows NO orders, previous, in process or otherwise.I have worked in the States all my life and screw the holidays, the customer came 1st, so any orders that were pending should have been taken care of before they closed for the holiday or else there should not have been a holiday until all the pending work was completed. We don't work with such a carefree attitude, we know that our customers is what keeps us in business. The treatment I have received is unacceptable in any language in any country IF you want to stay in business!!!!!!PS.... what does "please settle" me? were you trying to tell me to calm down? How would you feel if you dealt with a company that did this to you???????

Oh boy are you serious? Anyone else ever had this issue? It's my first time i'm going to order from eastmall spending $400+ for a few 510 kits and attys now im kinda scared :( Besides david yong sent me a email this morning i hope he reply to u..

Well, MR. DAVID YANG, did not send me an email this morning, so I assume if you got an email the holidays are not an issue, so where's MY EMAIL??????? Or do we have to think up some other FALSE PROMISE to tell me in the email????? Am I POed???? Dang right I am. I have been a LOYAL customer and spent thousands of dollars and referred many customers to EM and now to be treated like this??? Are they just concerned about getting new customers and stall the loyal customers as long as they can????

Wow 3 months i do feel your pain. But than again im usure of your issue since you seem to have order from them before.

They do use paypal and i think you can report to get a refund or whatever. Then again im sure he will try to resolve it otherwise i guess you can report to admins on ECF about there suppliers should not advertise if your getting bad service.

Mabey try contacting him on forums cause he did however replied to me 30 min ago once again telling me to wait till tomorrow for info on my country order status they have to check with EMS. Possibly your emails was sent in spam or something.

I think it's kind of odd this is the very first post hearing this problem, I have been buying from EM for over a year now and have never had a problem once. As they are my go to supplier and have the best pricing in the industry. It's just kind of odd I've never seen another post from the OP about this for as long as it's been. David is a hands on kind of guy and if there is a problem of any Customer service issue at all he is all over it & Di is always right on it and gets the job done as well. Seeing its a national Holiday in China and every supplier is down right now and has been, I would be willing to bet that by 10/8/10 this is fully resolved after the holiday. Lets wait till then and see what happens everybody.?

Yes MW I agree that I have NEVER had a problem before. After my 1st email David emailed me said that and I quote directly from the Aug 2nd email Private email removed - Please see forum rules OK so I understood the delay, no problem. But THREE MONTHS????? I will see what Di can do about this, but if David is answering others emails then why not respond to me as a courtesy to let me know they are on holiday and what action will be taken on Oct 8th? As far as my emails going into his SPAM folder, none of them have before. Di please check your PM for the information you wanted.

MWA... you have not seen a post about my problem previously because I did not want to bring it into the forum. I have been commuticating with David all this time. Due to lack of resolution I was forced to bring this to the forum.

EM was my 1st and only supplier since Feb 2009, I don't go anywhere else, if EM doesn't have it I wait till they do. With the exception of this delay on the Indulgence and that I had no working PVs and did not want to resort to cigs again, I did order 1 PV from a local supplier, other than that ALL my supplies have come from EM.

And this is not the 1st post. Look up my post Where's my Order, which Di and I took that to PM.

I am glad you seem to have it worked out, my guess of the 8th was the Holiday would be over and things would be back to normal so today is the 8th lets see if I'm right and you and David communicate today and get it all squared away, I'm on your side JoyceTee and also on EM's they have just always been good to me and David & Di have always handled any issue I have ever had and in a professional way, so, when I saw your post it just seemed a bit odd when I saw there was no communication and this was going on for months. I am just glad it will all be worked out for you and by the 8th like I had guessed, maybe a good guess too, lets keep our fingers crossed JoyceTee.

Yes I will see what David has to say. As I said before I have never had any problems in the 1 1/2 years I have been ordering from Eastmall. I did not want to bring this into the forum because I respect David and all the hard work he has put into making a successful company and until now excellent customer service. It just seemed I had run out of options as I was getting no where with the many many emails between myself and David for 3 months.Thank you Di for all your help, hopefully I will hear from David soon. I hope this discussion has not deterred anyone from ordering from Eastmall, because they are an excellent company and have the best prices anywhere. I will continue to order from EM in the future, assuming this issue is resolved.I really don't want David to be out of any money, but I also can't afford to lose $400 and I hope he understands that.Again, thanks all for your help and support.
