Has any one tried Emulsions for flavoring instead of regular candy flavoring?
It is described by LorAnn's website as, having a fuller flavor that does not lose taste in the heating process. it is water soluable and has no alcohol.
Sounds like a good thing to me.
I'd like to know anyones experience with it.

Very interesting, they are pg based as far as I could tell. From what I see it looks like they are using some kind of gum as the emulsifier (Gum Arabic, Acacia Gum, and/or Xanthan Gum). How these work with atomizers is what I'd like to know.

I've wondered about emulsifiers to create juices using oil flavorings. But, what emulsifiers are safe to use, and then actually using the emulsifiers correctly in the correct amounts makes my head hurt.

I question the effect from the gums as well.
