Can anyone tell me, is the istarin wax the one I should use on my dragon pipe? It says to be used on smooth surfaces, not textured or rusticated pipes.
Now the dragon is smooth to the touch but as you can see from the picture, there are many small lines in the wood. Does this make it textured or smooth?
Cheers, never waxed a pipe before but I want to take good care of this one. (and the black Gandalf I'll be buying later hehe)

No corn pipes in the preview, am I gonna have to wait a while longer?

I recommend Prestidigitonium over istarian wax for just about every pipe.

I have to set up a special type of connector for the corncobs.
we are currently out of loose VapeSafes so until they arrive I cant finish them.
I believe they should go up next week if we get our stuff in early enough.

Always a good Friday when you land two Gandalfs! Got me the ebony mix and the Wenge. Two I wanted. Woohoo. Early release surprised me. New website rocks!
I can tell you somebody not named ME scored the African Blackwood Dublin because I made first purchase the second they went up and when i went back in...inside 5 minutes of release...it was GONE.

That was the one I really wanted, my second choice was the kingwood Gandalf but I missed out on both. I actually got the Gandalf in my cart but it sold when I tried to check out. I snagged the zircote Gandalf though and I'm happy with that
