Unfortunately the boosters can get wrecked if the battery is reversed and a single button press is made.
They don't have reverse polarity protection. Fortunately this is a warranty-able issue.
I'm not saying this is what happened but I believe it's the most common cause and a mistake that is easily made.
The only other issue I've had with them is shorts due to over-tightening. This can be resolved by putting an o-ring over the connector.
The o-ring should sit below the external eGo threads and this will help prevent over tightening.

Matt said they would go up "tomorrow" which means sometimes during the day, usually the latter part of the day in my experience.

Righteous, i'll have to give that a look as well. I'm really excited about the next round of pipes coming with Gandalf option. I have wanted a vaping device to achieve this look for a very long time. I'm loving the fact that I can put a tank on this and vape vape vape!

Well they are after hours already over there so it will ship on Monday I would suspect and you will get it 1-3 days later. Im on the west coast and they usually show up for me on Wednesday and at worst Thursday.

Do all the pipe stems need the universal adapter to work on a regular 510? I assume the universal is sold separately from the stems?
