It's my only straight pipe. I wasn't sure how I would like it without a bend. It's nice though. It's a little bit bigger than my others and feels nice how it fills up your hand just a little bit more.

My Stylus drip tip just came in, and it looks awesome but it is very very loose on every thing I have. It doesn't fit snug in a carto tank, my Cobra, Vision Eternity, or CV universal. Does yours fit snug in the 510 extension? Mind you when I say loose, I mean it wobbles around, and won't even hold the weight of just the (titanium) Cobra alone.

Im so broken right now.... and so is my Rootbeer drip tip. Please tell me you will get these again Matt. Please. If there is one thing I lack its drip tips, and this one I loved more than any other. Oh well, such is life.

The bad news-
That was a limited edition Ming. So unfortunately we may not get those again, although I have been discussing the possibility of a permanent brown color Ming for wood mods.
The good news-
We have a new exclusive/ limited edition color Ming from cherry vape! It should be on the site next week. We are calling it butter smoke, because it's a close match to our butter smoke stems.

Hmmm, plumbers tape, I've never thought about that before. But I don't have any in the house. I did try thicker o-rings, but no joy, the diameter of the DT tenon is just that skinny. Just wondering if mine came from a bad batch, or if they are like this.

I have no experience with that tip, but if it is that loose on that many different things.... The tolerances are probably off.

Hey guys does anyone have trouble with their dca threading on, I only get maybee one full turn and thats it maybee a half turn more. Anymore would mean putting stress on it that is a no no. But it fires fine, I just have a bit of space between the dca and my cone so I back the cone out a little. The dca doesnt thread all the way to the base is what im sayin...

It's is another one of those crappy tolerance issues with the 510 connection. The male end of the connector is often extended so that contact is sure to be made. Likewise the female end is made more shallow on some connectors to insure good connection. So you end up with atties and devices that don't screw down all the way or worse, short each other out.

On the other hand the DCA should have a floating center pin. So if you screw the base on without a 306 in it, it should screw down all the way. Unless they changed the design that should work.

I have often thought that an 1/8" stereo connector would be a far better connection than the 510.
It would be much more consistent, and virtually eliminate shorts that are caused by bad connectors. (Which is the cause of 99% of battery failure in mods)
Unfortunately you would have to convince the entire industry to change over in order for it to work with all the devices.

Hey Matt, do you think you'd be able to switch that positive post back to original if I sent her to you? I do like the connector, just wish it sat flush and they hadn't .......ized the the positve post to install it. I just hope you say it's safe to vape, I like my Provari but I missed my pipe for those 4 days until this one arrived.

I may be able to, but I can't say for sure since it has a retro fit on it.
The V1 pipes have a different safety feature from the V2.5. The springs in the buttons are hot springs. They will get really hot and collapse if there is a short. This will open the circuit and disconnect power from the battery. If the switch ever gots hot, you've got a short somewhere and need to find and fix it before pressing the switch again. If the spring collapses you'll need to get a new switch.

Ok, well I have seven buttons now so that won't be a problem, and I got your briefing on how to handle a short. I'm just worried about using the plain head of a screw as the positive post on a battery. I've done some shady temp fixes on jets just to get that one last mission of the day, but this was put in as a permenant component.
I'll send it out to you as soon as the Dublin gets back.

Im not sure what you mean by a "plain" screw head but Ive noticed that some of the more expensive mods use a screw head for the positive post. usually a nice brass or gold plated one.

On a brighter note I've now vaped (dripped) through 3/4 of my Oak Barrel Cider sample bottle in a day. It may be a carto killer, but it's absolutely amazing in the Vision Eternity.

Speaking of OBC. I noticed Pbusardo put a little cameo of his bottle into his Igo-L video. Says he is on a OBC kick. Plus on his taste his juice site he posts what his current set up is and its OBC. Thats a guy who's tried a lot of juice. A nice boon to see him loving it so much.

I recently picked up a Line SS for my myrtle 18650 pipe. It looks and works great. Much better then a carto tank. I just need to figure out how to fill the small gap between the line and the shank.

Not sure the size of the gap but perhaps an oring. Or if its large then maybe one of those straight cut cones?

I found this CV Expresso DT, it looks similar to the root beer and could tide you over till Matt gets the exclusive DT in. They also have a Caramel too.
