Sometimes the vaping gods smile upon you like the sun on a warm spring morning as you stroll through the California Redwoods morning and walk into a clearing only to find you are on a beach...

vape Mail...early delivery...at long last my care package from Mindroverted. From Georgia...to Croatia...and now back across the planet to South California...

The 8" Churchwarden.

Jerome's custom tank is a few days away and then he will be ready to burn the LBL exclusively for a good, long time.

Mailman will be here any minute. I have a big ole boner. A vape mail boner. a VONER

Let the mailman stalkage commence hahahhaa

I already sent my assistant to the basement twice to check the mail. It's good to be King. KING VONER giveth, and KING VONER may takeith away. There shall be much wailing and gnashing of stems...

As nice as they are to look at, the new guys have me a bit concerned. The Gandalf has a bit of a frown on it, where it looks like it was sanded too close to the battery compartment and patched up. The connector on the pinch is slightly canted, too. It's not parallel with the flat sides. It's nothing drastic, perhaps a centimeter off at the end of a long churchwarden. They're still both staggeringly beautiful, but I do hope that QC isn't slipping for the sake of volume.

In any case, I think the Gandalf will be called Thorondor, after the great eagle said to have a golden beak...

That Gandalf was supposed to be discounted like the olive wood "great and Powerful Wizard". Both those pipes were sanded too close and patched and should have been reduced $10. You can contact Katie for a $10 refund or code, or if you prefer you can send the pipe back for a refund.

Ah I have my first epipe its a thing of beauty. Now I wait for the batteries to charge. Sigh. Haha

P.s, try's to post a pic but it wouldn't let me hmmm

I am buried at work all of the sudden and between meetings for all of 2 minutes. better anyways, these pipes are so exceedingly beautiful I still can;t find the words (or the time to photo)

EDIT: These pipes deserve a FULL WRITE up each. DURIN is blowing my mind on many levels. The OBELISK (Bonzo aka THE TREE)...well...I FEAR it and I mean that in a good way. Haven;t even fired him off yet. He is an intimidating presence to be sure.

Too much going on to short change y'all. I will get to this later tonight.

Send it back? Pfft. Come pry it from my dead hands. :)

I will take you up on the discount, though. It will go toward a stem, once you get more in stock. Thanks again for the lovely pipes and the always stellar support.

Funny you mention stem. The Facebook page is reporting new 8" churchwardens. Not sure if that is what you are after though. :)

Corn Cobs go up Friday including a couple General MacArthur 18650 Tall Corn Cobs. These are extremely rare... less than 6 in existence thus far.
Also Coming down the pipe.... Some exceptional freehand pipes in some new designs as well as a few traditional shapes. One of which is dubbed Boromir. Which, despite his treachery, still remains one of my favorite characters from LOTR. He was well redeemed.
And of course the usual selection of shankless pipes.

Oh and one more thing.
By Popular demand, this weeks release will occur at 2PM EST on Friday.

Yes, there are a few 18500's, previews tomorrow :)

I am looking right in front of me at three of the most beautiful pieces of gear I could possibly imagine...each totally my style, speed...just MADE for me...

and I feel like BOROMIR

The eldest son, steadfast and true. I have a good heart and I am valiant...but I am weak. I am lured against my heart, adverse to my intentions. My will is being bent...to go into battle once again. My mind is already rationalizing that this is just SO Boromir that I must in fact OWN Boromir. My mind says he is calling to me. It could be mine...it SHOULD be mine!!!
