Well, I obviously preferred the grey egg over the blonde billiard. It has a more weathered look and feel.
I will say though if a straight shanked pipe that sits upright is what you are after, go for the billiard.

Matt, looks like you went bent shank? What made you decide on bent over straight shank?

I've just logged into my account on epipemods site and it says that my Dwarven Gandalf order is still being processed. Is that normal? (sorry, first time ordering a pipe)

Given that yesterday was a national holiday in the US, yes - I would assume that is normal.

I went with the grey egg. Hopefully it will be here today or tomorrow. It cleared Canadian customs yesterday....
Any word on the new brass rba's your sporting on your cob Matt?

will have pictures in the next few days. They should go up on the site Friday.

BJ-
I picked the bent because of the curved stem I have on that new brass atty.

Matt,

In the preview pics for the straight shank corn Cob Egg here Corn Cob Egg- Straight Shank - Corn Cob - Steam Pipes the epipe is displayed with a straight black pipe stem, which is what I am looking for. What kind of stem is that? I thought it was the Long Tapered Lucite, but that one looks bent in the preview pics Universal Long Taper Lucite Pipe Stems - Pipe Stems and Drip tips - Pipe Supplies- Batteries, Atties, Stems, Chargers, etc. . Please advise. Thanks so much!

I would also like to know why the Corn Cobs come with a stem and the others don't? Thanks

I am just waiting to hear back from Matt because I think I am buying one today :)

EDIT: I might be confused. Do the corn cobs come with the straight black pipe stem shown?

BJ those stems are not sold else where on the site right now. But the stem pictured with the Corn Cob pipes, come with the pipe bowl and button.

Sweet! OK, that answers my question. Thanks you filthy, Budweiser swilling, cow tipping, left turn only driving, gun toting, Fox news watching, poo-kicker boot wearing Redneck.

I am pretty sure the corn pipes don't come with a stem but rater have an attached shank. I will be pleasantly surprised if mine comes with a stem other then the fancy saddle I ordered with it.

I just double checked the site and I believe I may indeed be pleasantly surprised....

Just goes to show, vaping builds friendships across even the most unlikely boundaries.

No kidding right. Tiger Woods golf on the 360 has made me a great friend since Tiger 07. Talk to the guy most everyday, we both even had our kid around the same time. He is a coonass and Im a hippy from Washington. Talk about different.

First, PBR (if you are talking beer, and not bulls) is not redneck...it is AMERICAN. :)

Yes, though I seek to move to the forest I cannot avoid the advantages of tech if used properly. I am a baseball geek and play a sim Out of the Park Baseball that includes online features. Greatest baseball sim ever, by the way. One of my best friends in life started online, a Canuckian hick from the snow clad sticks a couple hours outside Toronto...and dude came out to my wedding.
