Damn! I thought I had a really good shot.

Congrats to Miller on a most excellent avatar and victory. That actually would make an excellent t shirt design. I would buy one.

I'd buy a couple shirts too. Just make sure to get xxxl tall.

This was an extremely difficult choice. But in the end I believe Miller's submission suits me best for an avatar.

WoW!! Congrats Miller... well done!!

And I think it's very fitting that an original, hand drawn entry should win, since the pipes are all original and hand made as well...

Even though there is a lonely little Brandy - Purple Heart on the site that has been calling my name... for now I shall have to be content to going back to lurking in the shadows.

But I would like to Thank You once again for the opportunity,
and leave you with this parting shot... :D

I love everything about this picture. Plus it would totally make sense for Data to puff an e pipe

Tough kid you have there Dirq. I always rub saw dust into my wounds :)

Link was expired but has me curious. There is a fairly new pipe maker out there that I tip my hat to.

Crap, I think the link doesnt work because it is in a Facebook group that you would have to join. I think its Solomons group also, ug. Its just a general post your pipe photo group though. I think this is just a one off pipe though, dont think he sells them but what the heck do I know. Its an awesome pipe but I dont want to steal his pics to repost. I know he posted an earlier iteration of it in the picture thread here on ecf though. I think I can safely say you would love this one though Matt.

I'm sure brian will know the pic you are referring to. He will probably pull it up on Monday. Brian is great for staying up on all the new stuff out there. The pipe maker I was referring to was Smakly (not sure how that is spelled). That guy has some real talent. By far the best new pipe maker out there. I do not have one of his pipes but I think I may need to grab one up if I can.

Smackley is excellent and still does commission custom work...if you can score a spot in his cue. I have spoken with him, cool dude. Other than him and Matt rounding out the holy trinity of custom epipe makers is Luis Wisenthal at labuenapipa.com. An old school pipe maker who now does epipes. A true class act and artist out of Spain. I posted pics elsewhere on ECF of some work he did for me. All that said there is really something personable a special about Matt and EPM and that is why I own three of his pipes and soon 4 when the ENTS arrive!

Lights out for me. Heading out at 4AM. Jerome will be checking in with an abbreviated photo journal here on the EPM thread. :)

Cool, Brian can show it to ya. Have not seen Smakly myself. May have to go have a peek, love pipe pics :D

I dont know how you feel about Gepetto but his carvings are amazing to me. He isnt really a pipe maker but he does make them in pipe form pretty regularly. Its too bad Im just not into his style so much with all the skulls and kinda dark themes. The pipes are usually a little too unusual for my taste also but there is no denying his brilliant carving skill, at least from someone that knows nothing about what goes into making these things.

Pre- "Big Adventure" surprise VAPE MAIL!!!!

At the house no less. I never have my VM sent to the house as The Boss doesn't need to know how deep I have fallen in my OVD (obsessive vaping disorder). I don't even know how SHOOG got my home address, but it was serendipitous as I am not at work today, leave for Humboldt tomorrow, and can now take this on my trip. A nice sampling of the highly sought after and long unavailable Boba's Bounty. I will load up Jerome and have my first taste of this cult classic as a National Anthem for my roadie at 4 AM! Thanks SHOOG!!!!

Glad it made it to you before your trip bro. I got your address from the return address on that Jazz Tank. The BOSS always knows more than she lets on.
