One thing I am not liking is how "airy" this thing is, you have to draw pretty fast to get the battery to activate (catch-22). I think if I mill down the battery side this will fix the issue though. Will have to give that a shot. Will report back how it goes.
It sure is funny looking next to my other PV's though, almost toy like.

Have almost the opposite behavior with the l88b: The battery switch is actually pretty good, but as soon as the atty as some hours of use, it's like sucking through a tiny straw. :)

Finally got around to pulling one of the cartomizers apart, and I am VERY impressed. It uses the horizontal coil very similar to the BMF design. The wick coils around the fill on these though. So juice goes from fill, to wick, to heating coil. So its a pretty simple setup. I am very excited about this little thing!

That's classic :)

If I were locked into a mini sized unit, I'd probably just stick with the 510, and have 10 or so batteries on hand, and one of those 10 batteries at a time chargers :)

I started vaping on 510 gear; two 510 batts and two eGo batts in the same order. The 510 mini-batteries were recommended here as the best "cig-style" batteries. They last about 45 minutes of medium-heavy vaping.

KR808 batts like the Maxx Fusion last at least 2-3 hours for me, 4-5 if I'm not heavily vaping, and that's at 3.6-3.7V (the BMFs are 3.6V; most other 808s are 3.7V) vs. the 510's 3.2V. I never recommend anything 510 to people who want a cig-style PV anymore.

You're so excited you got Leaford looking into it. Good deal. :)

I'm happy with the size of the BMF for the performance, and the mini-PCC is so small I don't mind carrying it so that I always have a fully-charged battery on hand, but making it even smaller (hopefully with very similar performance) would be great.

Colibri makes lighters that are garbage, so I'm surprised this e-cig is any good.

Keep us posted.

run don't walk away from that site and any other site that charges more than $10 for an atomizer or more than $19 for a battery

horrible - they charge $30 for an atomizer and $40 for a battery

In addition, anything small and slim has the worst hit and the worst battery life

Do your research here in the New Members sticky threads - the videos and the thread with Library in its title which leads to a multi-part guide. We generally buy the good models as their original model names and numbers, for reasonable prices for all parts.

ok, my new and awesome MaxxFusion from Bloogplanet.com has awesome battery life, the customer service (check their forum on this site) is amazing, great TH, awesome battery life, one bat lasted me all day and the second is currently lasting me until sleepy time..Im in love with my bloog maxx fusion, 1 day and 6 hours not smoking (5 year 3/4 pack a day smoker)

Well I just couldnt keep this thing down for long. I had one of the cartomizers taking a liquid bath to ensure it was full, blew out the excess, sealed up two of the four slots on a battery, and WOW! This little thing is a pocket rocket! Granted, the cartomizer is full, and I have only taken about 40 puffs so far, but it is still hitting strong. If I can find a sure fire way to fill the cartomizers, that does not involve bathing them, this thing will be in my pocket more times than not.
For comparison, it is performing like a KR808, just ever so slight less throat hit, and I mean slight. If I didn't always reach for my KR808, and forced myself to use the epuffer all day, I would probably never miss the KR808 after awhile. I would miss the ease of filling the KR808 cartomizers though, and the fact they have condoms to help keep them from drying out.

Anyways, just wanted to keep this thread alive with some more results.

It's actually significantly smaller then Blu and the BLU flavors are really poor. It's almost impossible to get the taste of the JC eJuice out of a BLU Carto. The photos don't show it...but there is a significant difference in diameter.

I think the Colibri is the only eCig I have ever seen that matches the size of a cigarette exactly. I've been getting 3 hours out of a battery while at work and vaping moderately, it's taken about an hour to an hour and a half to charge a battery in the PCC. I've also gotten 3 hours out of a carto, but I easily refilled, even with the glued on tip. I had to use the thermometer shake method about 3 times during refilling to move the liquid down the material.

The air intake is pretty loud and I see no major difference in vapor production on loudness of sound by covering two air intakes. If I had my druthers...I would have opted for two air holes in the battery because it doesn't make a difference...just not a significant one.

What exactly are you looking for in the e-cig that makes you go for all the mini's? Just curious :D

Something that looks and feels exactly like a real cigarette. Something that doesn't get weird stares when you are using it.

Not saying I don't love my eGo-T...but having a unit that is exactly the size of a real cigarette and feels like one in your hand is fantastic. I spent 15 years with a little cigarette in my hand as often as I could possibly have one in my hands...after 15 years it's weird to use something so big. Of course you get use to it...but all day today I was ecstatic to have this thing in my hand and perched behind my ear.

Thanks Sense. Will be waiting for your review.
How are you refilling them?

Got the new kit I ordered, all I can say is I love the size, but the battery auto switch is JUNK. WAY to sensitive, to the point its not even usable. The menthol cartomizers taste like azz. Never was a fan of johnson creek smoke juice.
O'well, live and learn, I can say I tried the blu, and it goes into the pile with the rest of my vape equipment mistakes... lol
