the glass OD is the same OD as the atty, its the ID that is off by about a mm or so. the plastic tanks OD is smaller than the OD of the atty but still about 1mm to large to secure to the atty/top cap. going to comb through 33 pages of post and see how big the stock O rings are and try to find some that are 1mm or so larger to try out.

O-rings of the mini FT sold were 18x1. I've ordered 18x1,5 and 19x1 to try on the SKU 2000400 with mini kit (2016000).
Not here yet, so can't tell if it's a success.
If you're temped:
SKU 2167404 is black 18x1,5 at $0,80
SKU 2156306 is red 18x1,5 at $0,86
SKU 2167600 is black 19x1 at $0,84
All are 10 packs.
My guess the best fit would be the 18x1,5. But ordered the 19x1 just in case

I ordered a plastic erlk nano tank from ft and will check the fitment on an auth erlp tonight. I just bought it because I don't have any spares and my original tank (nano) has been in daily use with hard menthol since the 15th October. It hasn't cracked yet.

i am going to try and find something locally so i dont have to wait for shipping from China. if i cant find anything i will order some when i order a couple of Taifun GT2's.
It's fits perfectly
So basically they copied the original nano tank.
To make the nano conversion kit work on a clone, the clone has to be 1:1 in width with the original.

It doesn't have the drip tip adapter...

Has anyone drilled out the pin of the clone Earls beyond the 1.5mm ? to increase air flow? I seem to remember someone saying there was/is a 2mm air tube?
I have 3 from FT, only 2 of them will come apart, I have 1 that simply will NOT come apart, if I unscrew the 510 pin, the 510 threads do NOT come off, and its wobbly as can be which is really annoying when mounted on a device
The ones I do have don't seem like there is enough material to drill out the air flow any.............I'd love to get more air flow in mine, if that's possible.

The threading on the 510 stays attached to the base, I've tried and tried to remove it, pry it away, it simply won't come apart... and when it is all together, the 510 assembly is very loose, wobbly. I brought this to FT attention, they replaced the base for me, same results........will not come apart.

I've drilled all my erlks out to 3/32. (2.38mm) I don't think it's possible to get it any bigger without wrecking the post

Oh, my sweet Kiwi! Thank you! Your answer was more than adequate--I was just expressing my frustration over the fact that FT had discontinued the nano kit. I'm so mad at myself--I procrastinated and when I finally placed my order, it was too late. I really liked the nano.
