I haven't had problem one with any of my erolls that wasn't an extremely obvious fix. One, the cone wasn't wisted into on all the way position and two I loose the little suckers! I'm hoping they will turn up since I know that can't walk for crying out loud but now everytime I do wash I have to check pockets so I don't wash it where ever it, or I should say they, are. My Atties can be a pain sometimes depending on the thickness of juice and my WTA doesn't vape nice in them but I'm phasing WTA out by using snus and snuff simply to save money, add variety and do DIY. When DIY is 10 cents to the dollar WTA I can't justify it...ya know? And three or 4 snus and 3 or 4 snuff is noticably more relaxing anyway. That and trying to keep my nic mgs low is doing for me vaping WTA full time would do.
I'm not particularly careful but I use cotton fluff on a toothpick every few tanks to dry and clear any residual juice. If someone has leaking out the edges of their cone, that is not supposed to happen and never has with me since Fall. Maybe you have not pushed the tank all the way snuck. Maybe the tank hole is defective. I just don't know but when I read about some of these problems I just assume user error, way too thin juice maybe or defective something. I've had 6 kits from a few different sources and used acessories 5 pack of batteries and extra Atties from a few different p,aces. Must count my blessings. When something goes wrong some day I'll be sure to retract my words here but I don't see it. And version 2 is supposed to be just a different PCC with two charging slots. ?. Any thoughts. I know there are hundreds of happy users and I'm a die hard eroll fan. If something can go wrong I'm the one to make that happen and like I've said, eroll is just simple fix and carry on. Keep it cleaned. Blo out the atty every few tanks or on a flavor change.
I know one thing. I've never successfully dry burned the Atties so once clogged and dirty I save for a rainy day when I might experiment. Like the
Winter or when I run out of money again

I'm in your camp Faylool--no real problems with mine that weren't user error or negligence on my part (cleaning/replacing atty's, mostly). Can I ask--where are you getting real swedish snus? Can you find it in good smoke shops or ?? I haven't really looked, but I'm considering using it instead of vaping WTA which will get expensive if I do it too often.

I buy it in quantity from SnusCentral to bring it to about $4.50 a can including shipping. It goes a little over $200 and I've still got a LOT. I store in freezer wrapped like meat and in a large Tupperware. Each new can is as fresh as the day I got them. It took a big commitment to do the plunge monetarily. I'm a determined sort. I buy loose and make my own portions with littlest empty tea bags off eBay. Twice as much that way and I can do portion control. Make it thin to keep off gum line. After reading Stubby and his links I learned what a clean little habit it is. It takes some getting used to because I'm not crazy about some aspects but it's uneventful after 6 months of it. I'm sure I have wel over a year of stuff left the way I use it. Also you can try general. It's in the convenience stores a lot. I don't favor their brands. If you plan to order let me know I will help you more.

I felt the same about them being problem free for about 2 months, until it seems like my whole kit has fallen apart over the past few weeks lol...BOTH batteries were doing the auto-draw for 10 seconds thing on and off, and now one of them seems to be working okay, and the other is totally dead like I said earlier. I do fully acknowledge that it may have been something I did...just not sure what that could have been! I've been using the eroll the same since day 1, it just stopped working. Maybe I should put more emphasis on cleaning the various parts...I've cleaned the atomizers, but that's about it so far. Haven't cleaned the tanks/batteries yet, but will give it a shot.

Worst case scenario I will buy a couple extra batteries in different colors.

What's this about version 2 PCC? Have you seen one for sale? Or is it an announcement from Joyetech? Or merely scuttlebutt that's been floating around.

Joyetech has introduced a carrying case for the eRoll (and the PCC), which would hold 2 eRolls. Joyetech eRoll Carry Case

I'm still new to the forums, so I'm not sure how to copy the picture from Joyetech's website, so hopefully the link will suffice! I haven't seen these available through any vendor yet, though.
