To be honest when ordering it has been great fast and friendly no problems no complaints that's why I was a little surprised I have sent them a new request and did receive the same reply different date and time of course and am waiting for the reply I am by no means ...... off or anything just concerned that it is working properly because you and I both know what will happen if it isn't, maybe you know Imeo has told me that the 18650 tubes will be available with the Esterigon but I don't see them listed yet on there site just wondering when there going up that's all. Well after detail look i see the problem. Gmail.com domain was banned do to a user soliciting crap. I fixed it for him so the user is banned and not anyone that tries to send email from gmail.
