Don't go to hard on me ;)

Just my opinion on it at the end of the day.........

Now someone find me a mini iAtty :D

I'd like to know which mechanical mod (button up) is better than Esterigon!!!

I don't think there is. But I think what Todd meant is with regards strictly to performance, there are better performing mods in the same price range, but do they have the quality, construction, features and elegance, and be button up? my opinion of course not. So you are both right.

Don't go to hard on me ;)

I think it is a great pity that Esterigon is not a telescopic mod.
Or Esterigon has no extension sleeves, such as Nemesis and GP Paps X.
Because Esterigon and 2 tubes take up much more space than a mod and extension sleeves.

Of course, it is only my opinion.

It's impossible for a 21mm mod to be telescopic and also to fit 18xxx batteries Risto.
If we want telescopic adjustments we have JGG ang GGTS in 23mm.

I've got a mini iAtty on the way. Now wondering what I'd do if it didn't suit?...8-o

What's your concern buddy?
Iatty is 21mm and Esterigon is also 21mm. It sits flush and perfect. :)

as good as iAtty vapes, I found it very inconsistent with wicking and would much rather see a new design.

just my opinion lol

All that plastic inside just makes me cringe... It does vape quite well if you keep the wicks thin (1.5-2 mm). You know it's right if you get just a little gurgle on the first draw after letting it sit... My vote is for a fat Penny V3 variation. Also looking for a V3 short kit to use with the 18350 Esterigon setup...

No concern yet, as it still has to arrive.
I'm hoping for great things, especially the flavour - but many have commented on poor wicking...
As I already have the later Ithaka and Penelope (old and new), they have no wicking issues.
Just a bit concerned that if I don't get the Iatty wicking right pretty quickly - it'll find a dusty corner...
Just a few days to wait - then I'll know. One way or the other...

Todd, that was a really bad review lol

Its ok of course, your opinion matters to me but I do have some questions/observations:

First of all the air control. The air control ring is my invention and as you see most mods out there use exactly the same ring style to control air. I made the ring at fist with threads and ring was going up and down, then with only o-rings and it was still going up and down and then with o-rings and ring was going left right. So it is not like nemesis, but the nemesis is like GG series

You said that its not the best performance mod. You mean that its voltage drop is big? Maybe other mods have lower voltage drop that 0,18 or the 0,18 is big for you either?

You talked about dingo and roller. Do they have better voltage drop?

You said that are better devices on the market. Better on what? Voltage drop? external look? are they more user friendly? Do they have abilities to clean contacts - remove contacts, easier? ability to adjust button path and ability to rotate contacts to avoid often cleaning made in a better way?

You dont recommend esterigon for non GG people. What is the reason?

I am asking all those questions because you didnt gave any reason for what you said above, you just said them

At the end of the video, you said that you liked a lot the locking mechanism and the button too that is so responsive. So what didnt you like? Maybe the fact that is made in a soooo simple way?

ps...........You didnt mention enough of esterigon features but it has more functions that all other mods

together

Well since you went public, I'll make me responses public here.

1, Air Control - Considering I owned a GGTS long before Atmomixani released their first device, well aware of this fact. What I said in the video was that the small indicator to show where the airflow hole was, that was like the atmomixani set-up, as far as I am aware they were the first company to use the indicator.

2, There are other mods out there on the market that do not suffer from such a drop, I said it was "Good", not "Bad" but not "Excellent" either. That reading for me on a 1.6ohm coil is what I would consider good compared to the many other mods I have tested.

3, Dingo and Roller, comparison was made there due to the type of button they have, similar in some respects to your device.

4, Better Mods, yes there are, be they mechanical, regulated, box mods or what ever type of mod, it was a statment of my own opinion, there are better mods out there for the price.

5, Don't recommend to non GG people, for the reason explained above.

This will be my last comment in this thread but if all you got from my review was what you have listed, sorry about that as you have missed all the positives I mention and how much I personally like this device.

I have been and will continue to be an avid GG fan (which I state in all my videos) but probably best I do not accept any more equipment from you for review.

Hand on heart I wish you well with your business and all the things that you have planned.

    Kind Regards

    Todd

Todd, I really dont know why you feel insulted. Maybe I had to do the same after your review? Of course not. I just put my questions and I was waiting for the answers. You made a public video and I have to answer in public too if you agree. You response seems a little strange to me without a reason

Anyway, you still didnt answer to me about other devices that dont suffer from such a voltage drop. You mean that 0,18 voltage drop is big?

You said again that there are better devices out there. Can you please give me your best example so we can compare this mod with esterigon? I am not afraid of comparison because I know what I made.

Saying that it would be better for me to not send you GG constructions for review any more doesnt seem the right response to me because I didnt offend you at all. You read my questions - answers in the wrong way but I still didnt see your review in the wrong way.

I am the maker and you are the reviewer. You said some things and I said some other things. We have a conversation, not a fight. No one wants to fight each other, only talking here

Am I right on this or I miss something?
