I just got my esterigon today, and I love it. The only thing I don't like is the bottom ring to lock the battery. I wish it had cut outs or/ knurled so you can grip it better, other then that it's awesome . Awaiting tilemahos[emoji4]

Had the same problem. Try swapping in the smaller o-ring. It should have been included with your Esterigon. Turns easier than with the standard o-ring.

Thanks random , unfortunately i do not have the smaller 0 ring as I bought this one from the classifies from bishopheals. I would love to see notches in the part that screws in to the bottom tube aswell , getting it tight is not an issue but it's a pain to get off even with rubber kitchen Gloves. I like it as we'll stelios , just wish it has something to grip for those of us with sweaty hands

I think the regular o-ring is 4x2. The optional one might be 4x1, but I can't find it listed anywhere. Hopefully, someone can verify this. What I do know, is that with the smaller o-ring, the locking cap is MUCH easier to turn! No need for kitchen gloves! :)

I've been using the Esterigon as my primary device since day one, mainly with the iAtty and Penelope V3. But lately Im having a little issue with the buttom staying on the on position so I have to retrieve the buttom after almost every vaping session. Everything looks fine and clean. Any suggestion?

Out of the box the Esterigon required a deep freeze and rubber gloves to free up the lock ring, thought I'd never get it off.
As with all new mods, a through cleaning and polishing takes place. Also I apply a dab of compound to threaded surfaces and work on/off until everything is butter. With that and completely removing the (IMO unnecessary) lower tube o-ring, esterigon (topped with spheroid) has been my go to mobile devise for a month now. Love it.

Also make sure the little tip is not coming unscrewed from plastic in button. Mine was and after I tightened it was fine. Also watch Imeo's video on screwing the end pieces (which the little contacts extend out of) not sure what they are called but mine were loose there as well. Nothing a good clean & tighten won't fix.

Initial content for the Esterigon section was added

http://ggwiki.et.com.mx/index.php/Esterigon

The day before yesterday I was in a good mood.
But yesterday when I read this post by Ariel.......
and opened the link to the website Wiki GG.......
and I saw a picture Esterigon by CaptSteve, I was already in a bad mood. :(
I don't see why today I'm in a bad and a black humor? :nah:

I must say, "CaptSteve, I envy you, that your Esterigon has the wings"

You know I am envious of that Esterigon. :sneaky::blush:;)

Okay so there was some dirt in my locking ring, now that it's clean my esterigon locks and unlocks very smoothly. Now my only issue is the cap , am I the only one that has to fight with it for 2 hours to get off? I had to freeze it and took all my strength to break it free [emoji51] I was trying to say in my previous posts that I would like it much more if the cap that screws into the 18650/18490/18350 had notches or something on it to get a better grip by hand, for changing tubes. My issue in not with the locking mech ..

Yeah I noticed that as well... If I'm going to change tube frequently I am going to leave the o ring out... ......I noticed my bottom cap and button assembly getting hot when running my dripper (.28ohms ) , with esterigon as it came , all orings in place. Is that two low of a setup for the esterigon ?
