Ethyl alcohol I'm lorAnn oils?

Hey vapers!
I'm about to make some diy e liquid Making something simple some vg, And water mix with some lorAnn oils I want to pick up. These are water soluble but some of them have ethyl alcohol? On a site these ones say they are totally safe to vape? But is it really. It says it has ethyl in it? Is it okay to vape?

I use ethyl / ethanol / PGA in my mixes on a fairly regular basis.

I have no idea what your definition of safe is?

There perfectly safe but you may not care for the alcohol after taste. You can leave the cap off for 24 to 48 hours and let it evaporate.
