The mini was first mod I got. Like it alot. Just with other tanks needed more life on battery. Found some rebuildable coils for the ego tank. Wish I had gotten before I upgraded my mod to the releaux 200. The clr coil vapes great for such small coil horizantol and very small amount of cotton. Found the coils on worldsfinest vapes I think for 3.oo each. Way cheaper than other sites. Even think these coils make thicker clouds than my rage tank.

I use those clr coils in my mini/Tron-S also, and like them alot. I too am surprised with their output of vapor and flavor for being so small. The VTC mini/Tron tank are a very viable setup in my opinion.

I wonder if he had an effect on FA when he visited them in Italy.
They did just release a new flavor.

I watched both video's of his FA trip and was very impressed with the way FA thinks about the end users safety along with their scale of innovation. As far as what we put into our lungs it seems that FA is ahead of the curve and striving to get even further. That's a Win for us for sure. There are those that knock Busardo for getting "paid trips" (I don't know if that is true or not) to China to go thru all the factories and make video's of it to show us what is happening with our vape gear, but I appreciate it and like watching most of his video's and find them very informative. I mean, who else is doing that, but people still want to knock him for it. I don't understand that mentality. I don't like All of his video's, but most of them are a big help, for me at least.

Just got my mini, love the form factor and screen. One thing pisses me off though : my 1.72ohm coil reads at 1.81 on the vtc mini. Not that big a deal for kanthal but for tc it is. Any suggestions?

It's accurate for all of my lower heads and builds.
It may be worse as it gets higher... don't know.

And you can't TC that high anyway (v3.0 update raised the max to 1.5).

I know you can't tc that high just bummed that it's that inaccurate. My istick 40w is just as inaccurate only lower instead of higher. Was hoping vtc mini would be more accurate

Have you tried cleaning the 510 connections on the mod and the tank with alcohol and a Q-tip? There could be oil on the threads from manufacturing. It's a long shot but couldn't hurt.

What did you test the coil on to know it's 1.72 ohm?

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. It isn't normal, although it's always worth verifying the issue by trying a different tank. If more than one tank and coil combo has the same higher than normal resistance reading then it's definitely the mod. I have 2 VTC Minis and neither one does that.

Eleaf it abs the iStick 20w agree on the resistance. Istick 40w is lower, vtc is higher

I'm trying to decide on a single 18650 mod, and I'm particularly looking a build quality. Temp control is a must, I can't decide between the eVic mini and the Vape Forward Lite. Is there any advice you can give me? Is there another mod I should be considering also?

@Tim Jenson Basically, (they use the same joyetech chip)the vtc mini and the vf lite are the same. I handled the vf lite a few weeks ago, meh, its ok. But the evic comes with the option to get the cubis tank.
