^ If it ain't TC it ain't on my list.

TBH with these it goes even a bit further than just no TC!
These coils are $3+ a piece, best price I could find (FT) I all ways look at If I could rebuild the coil head my self, not much chance here :( Not even to mention, juice guzzler!
Even if the flavour is Great! Is it worth all the $ ?
I'l admit, since Troll gave it such a good endorsement, I'm curious, but for a crowd like ours (rebuilders) is it worth the $ ?

Even at FT a tank kit & 1 pack of triple mesh coils is $37! I can buy an Aromamizer Plus for that, & for next to nothing, I could make wicks & coils for ever :)

You are paying for convenience with blister pack coils.

Freemax Mesh Pro SS316L Single Coil
Resistance: 0.12ohm
Temperature Range: 400℉-550℉
(never tried one)

Convenience is over rated :)
Why wouldn't you try the SS coil?
I would be interested to know if it's as good (flavour wise) as the triple kanthol mesh coil.

And Evolv shocked me by coming out with Replay and explaining you could use nickel in wattage mode (against the advice of what everybody else was saying) and when you get that one great vape, you lock it in by putting it into Play mode. :?:

Ah let's start with juice guzzler. To do TC, this means almost always sub ohm builds. Sadly sub ohming guzzles juice. You can use far less juice by using high ohm builds without TC, but what are you going to do?

Yes those triple mesh coils are 3+ bucks apiece. Orion pods are $4.50 apiece. A pack of smokes costs 8 to 18 bucks apiece. And people have cable/satellite and pay 100+ bucks a month. And don't get me started on what people are willing to spend on groceries.

Now back to vaping. To me, juice is the highest cost of vaping. Sure you could reduce this by DIY. But to do it professionally, you need a clean room, lab coats, eye wash station, expensive chemicals, lab equipment, etc. But most home users are not going to spend the money to do it the right way. They are just going to use their kitchen where they also cook food in. :?:

$3+ for a coil is like having 1 latte, or 1 burger, or even 1 gallon of gasoline. Lots of things cost more and only last minutes. While coils last days to weeks. Seems like a bargain to me. And if you really want to be cheap about it, why bother with a mod, batteries, atty, wire, wicking at all? Just put a drop or two of juice on your tongue and be done with it?

I'l admit, since Troll gave it such a good endorsement, I'm curious, but for a crowd like ours (rebuilders) is it worth the $ ?
You could build TC mesh coils if you like. Or you can buy them. It is your choice. I don't see a problem.

Of course you can. You could buy a cheap 10 buck pod system too. It's your choice. Some people think it is crazy to buy a mod with a DNA board in it. As they are not exactly cheap. But I and others feel it is worth it. Same is true for others who are willing to spend $3+ for a triple mesh coil. Yet for some others, they rather spend $8 to $18 on a pack of smokes. It is really all about choice, isn't it? :D

But time is money. It depends on what your time is worth. :)

You know I will! :D Of course, I am doing so in the name of science and I am not doing so looking for the perfect vape. {wink-wink}

Right now we both are just speculating. But we both now need hands on experience. ;)

Last night I did something that I hadn't done for quite some time. I set up a Kayfun Lite (authentic) to give to someone.
Made a 2 mm 28 gauge Kanthal coil, had it wicked and ready to wet it when it dawned on me that "Mr Expert" here forgot to fire the coil first and get the hot spots out. Pulled the rayon out and fired it, this one was really bad hot spot wise too.
I thought I was setting up a clone but realized it was authentic when I removed the fill screw (counter sunk hole). In the end it vaped great on a Kangertech 60 watt box @ 15 watts. He liked it (Juul user). Next stop, show him how to make and install a coil and wick.

Because the guy who owned the Mesh Pro tank didn't have any SS coils just triples. He left the tank at the shop for me to check out and I didn't want to give it back to him at the end of the day.

I was going to order one last week when an Authentic Pindad with all the accessories popped up as well as another B2K. The funds were rerouted. ;) Next order from the Chinese will have one in the cart for sure!

The size of the tank will be an issue for me, I can do 6mls with a coffee. :D
