Here is another option for making a flattop into a button top. My rechargeable AAAA batteries (yes, there is such a thing), are flattops with a magnet superglued on. Here is one of my Dell stylus which uses them. In the pic are all AAAA batteries except that bottom left is an Eneloop AAA for a size comparison. The wrap has to be removed since they are too wide to fit into the stylus.

I just finished making and installing a little ring of 26 gauge Nickel under the head of the 510 screw on my Taifun styled BTD.....as per @SlickWilly 's suggestion. Mighty tiny, never dropped it even once.
I dunno SlickWilly, that comment about the Grub screws failed, buy the better clone, not this version hopefully the quality will be Better made me nervous.

All the Positive reviews on FT is a good sign, but you never know? Capacity is 4.5 mills with the Bubble Glass, seems a little low for a dual coil atty Capacity seems to have become my pet peeve lately! I use several 4.5 mil tanks & even with a single coil, I'm refilling way too often! With a dual coil set up atty, I like to see 6mils or better, Just saying
