BillW50 I have never felt the need or want to use any of them.
The ONLY things I wished for the non color boards was for Preheat wattage and punch value.

I believe you can sort of do this with the DNA60 with the latest firmware. I don't know if this is possible with other DNAs. dwcraig1 knows more about this than I do. Maybe it is just boost under wattage, which is normally a no with non color DNAs.

Maybe me and VB were the only 2 that used ecigstats. That's how I kept track.

Yes, I never used ecigstats. But that only updates whenever you connect a computer up to a dna right? Plus it is clueless about time and date of each puff for non color DNAs. But it could track it on color DNAs, right?

Only my 200's don't have boost punch in wattage mode.

Okay good to know. I remember using a modified Kanthal TFR that the dna thought it was a TC material. So you got TCs boost. But wasn't there a firmware update for the DNA60 that allows you to change how much boost without EScribe? Or was it just a toggle for that Profile?

Yes, this only when enabled in a profile IIRC as I'm like 90% TC or replay.

Yes, updates only when connected. BUT the beauty is that it summarizes all my puffs for an entire day, etc. seeing as they're all DNA's. Last sync date, many fields. Sadly it's been down for over a week since I reported it.

Once in a profile where it's enabled, you can change the boost. :)

    Great Replay boards
Never Use Replay! it's a useless feature as far as I'm concerned :(
I bring 2 mods to work every day, one day the one left in my truck, it was So hot the lipo was not working proper! I just let it cool down & it was fine :) Even in my truck at well over 100 degrees, the only issue's I ever have is the Supremes mite leak out just a bit, I realize it mite happen & put them some were it won't be a an issue :)

I had some Bad issues with older DNA's I had 2 75's burn right up, they burnt so bad they completely ruined the enclosure's due to burnt smell :( I had countless 40's, 200's & 250's fail! The 60 is one board I have never had a failure with :)
IDK if there is a record holder for RMA's? But It mite be Me!
All stopped with the C boards :) Too bad the freaking screens go :( or the C would be my perfect board :)

You mean useless for now. ;)

Gosh I hate lipos with a passion. Although I get the pros why we use them. It doesn't mean I have to like them.

WHAT? If I had those problems, no way would I be using Evolv products. Got any non-DNA products? How are they working? How does a DNA75 just burn up? While charging or what? I am scared to ask about the 40's, 200's, and 250's.

The 60 is one board I have never had a failure with :)

Oh thank goodness! You found one reliable DNA board. Yes she's a beauty. I guess someday we need to ask mikepetro why he stays away from that board. Maybe he knows something we don't know yet.

OMG Steamer861, I don't know what to say. That is just horrible. I think you should talk more about this and we should come up with a solution. Right now I got nothing. :(

dwcraig1 60 and 250 with INTL firmware(for sure). Go to that non TC profile. Lock mod (click 5x). Hold + and - minus at the same time. Then up or down. 1-11, proportional for 1 second. Unlock mod.

The more batteries, the easier it is on all of them. Just for a test at 100 watts, IIRC it was like a .2v drop on each of 4 cells. None of that worrying about how good your battery connections are. Sure, you can't swap out easy, but many carry more than 1 mod

    2XX - balanced charging, 75 - integrated (guesstimate)charger, 60 - external board, can't run thermals, and I think only 1 inductor on the back.

    Investigating DNA250C Battery Drain

I got curious about this so-called battery drain thing and why I see nothing as much as the reports. So I've been investigating this for the past couple of days. And here is what I believe is happening. And while the DNA250C is awake, it drains the battery 10mA for 24 hours after the last button press. I couldn't find this 24 hours mentioned anywhere in the manual.

After 24 hours, the DNA falls asleep and the current draw drops down to 20uA. Now pressing select or up/down buttons won't wake the DNA up. Only the fire button will wake it up. While asleep, the drain on the battery is so small that you won't see any further drop in the battery level.

So after the last button press, the DNA will consume 240mA from the battery before going to sleep. I don't know why Evolv decided to wait 24 hours before going to sleep, as that seems kinda long to me. So if you just press any button every 24 hours, it will consume over 2000mA in 8 days.
