So, just incase anyone was curious? The 250c today for a brief second turned the screen background Blue, you could still see all the info just changed the background. The screen died totally black soon after & the board became unresponsive :( I hooked it to E-Scribe & the board was recognized normally, I did a Hard Reboot & it began to fire again :) But the screen was dead, Completely black. I changed the screen & tried it out again, as soon as I connected the battery & tried to turn it on, it did the same thing! So I marked it as Fried & replaced it with another 250c.
This board has a lot of miles on it! After over 2 years of use all most every day, I cant say that I didn't get my moneys worth! It is a bummer that 2 more screens ended up Dead!! :(

I vape about 30mil in an average day! That is at 1mg! I run the Aromamizer Plus's with the 15mil bubble glass :) I vape the Mesh at 50 watts, no pre heat no boost.
I can empty a Zeus or the Kylin M in 2 hours, that makes them a PIA with the constant refilling :(

    :(

You know I noticed the higher the nicotine, the less juice I vape. I used to vape 30ml a day when I used to only do MTL. But then I played around with DL and found nicotine more satisfying and flavor better even at lower doses. So I dropped down to one third the juice and one fourth the nicotine. Will it work that way for everyone? Probably not, as everyone is different.

Some flavours work really Good! with the mesh others Do Not! My Plus's work ever inch as good as the Zeus or the Kylin M witch IMO is the Best Mesh Atty I have tried! I have a juicy fruit gum in it with a bit of Banana cream & strawberry :thumb: It tastes just as well in my Plus on the mesh :D

What works for you is most important regardless what anybody else says. ;)

I have heard the argument that the juice gets fried in a tank :lol::lol:
Thats just the newest Line from the bottom Feeders trying to enforce their weak position  I have never noticed any difference from a full or all most empty tank! Heating the juice is a Myth IMO!

I not only does taste in tanks heating up the juice changes, but I also see it. If you never chain vape, it might not matter. Since the tanks probably never gets hot enough. But I'll chain vape, tank gets hot, juice gets darker in the tank, and the flavor goes downhill. I'll take a picture of it if you want. If you pour in fresh juice and you clearly see the fresh juice is so much lighter in color and the line between dark to light is so very clear until you shake it.

The top air flow is dry as a Bone!! But I never had any leaking issues with the Plus's Sure a bit of condensation but very minimal in my case any way :)

Dry? Yeah I am not getting that here. I have no idea, but I am curious about your VG/PG ratio. Probably doesn't mean anything but you never know.

To be completely Honest, my Ti Claptons work and taste just as well as the mesh! Only thing is with the Ti Clapton I run a 100 watt boost to ramp them up fast & this is unnecessary with the Mesh. Not even to mention how easy it is to pop in a mesh strip instead of twisting up my own Claptons!

Again I am not getting that here. The vapor I get from mesh is smoother with smaller and more consistent vapor size. Coils I get varies in different sized vapor which doesn't seem to be efficient to delivering the goods.

I never vaped a T1 Clapton, but have used single strand T1. To me, it is very much like single strand Ni200. And I have for years vaped Ni200 Claptons. And yes, ramp up is often too slow for me too and boost helps a lot.

A draw back is no TC :( All thou I have some SS mesh I haven't tried in my Plus's yet, So maybe TC is still a thing I can take advantage of with the mesh? I'd like to see a Ti mesh strip that is TC compadable :thumb:

Yes, I didn't like leaving TC either. But interestingly I can vary temperature on draw alone which is very easy to control. But I've bought some SS316L mesh and I do want to try them and go back to TC again if it works out.

On another note I had a 250c (Work Mod) Fail today & not just a white Screen! I'l have to investigate later as I need it Tomorrow

    Wow! Keep us updated. :(

May I ask how did they break? By dropping, over tightening, etc.

I bought some spares at Healthcabin.net back in August ($1.80 ea). They have clone bubble glass too for under a buck each. Although shipping is a bit high there.

I don't get any of that! With the Plus's the juice is clean all the way down to the last drop, The flavour profile is consistent from full to empty.
It mite happen to others for reasons I cant explain, but Not to Me :)

Today was the first "C" Board failure I ever had! IMO the 250c is the Best Board Ever Made!

If there is a lot of juice in the tank, the juice acts as a coolant to keep the chamber at cooler temperatures. But as the tank gets lower and lower in juice, the chamber gets exposed to the vacuum and has nothing helping it to cool down except for the small amount of juice left in the tank which can't help and the juice also gets hotter and hotter.

Here is the same juice from the same bottle (pic below). Notice how the heat from the tank (on right) has darkened in color? The flavor is now blah and if I toss out that juice and put in fresh juice it would be many times better. The Zeus X (and Mesh) has that air gap between the chamber and the tank and the juice just never gets hot (nor changes color) no matter how hot the chamber gets. And the flavor stays as fresh as ever.

Sorry, I had good luck with them. They stood up to guys in the factory.
let's see what that 'limited 10-yr warranty' translates to ;)

i was hoping you had a problem too and could show me - with pics - how to make that button work again properly :sneaky:

@mikepetro - those fabled flashlights are getting a thumbs down from me - one stopped working altogether and both end caps are falling apart. i was able to stabilize one but i don't think i'll get through the second winter using it for the first and last dog walk of the day :(

I have one of those. I don't use it much, since it goes straight into max brightness when you turn it on which most of the time I don't need and I am not a big fan of that beam focus control. Seems like it does more of beam blocking to me.

Those Convoy C8 ones, I use all of the time. They remember the last setting since you last used them. And I usually use them on the lowest setting most of the time and the battery life is incredible (30 hours plus using an 18650). It does have an annoying quick flash after 5 seconds only in low beam mode. As that is your cue if you want to reprogram the modes (for the geeks). Otherwise I really like them and the quality is really excellent. But if you are looking for a wide beam flashlight (flood), these are not for you. These are tight beam (thrower) flashlights. But they do have some dim looking flooding around the beam. I do use them a lot indoors and out a lot. I'd definitely use them for walking a dog.

They are expensive at Amazon for $38.88. Under 20 bucks if bought from China. Fasttech used to have them, but not anymore I guess. I bought two from Gearbest last year. They are still performing like new.

Also if you do go shopping for a new flashlight, note the Kelvin number like 6500K. This denotes the beam color. 6500K is really on the blue side. There are charts available to find one you like.

thanks, bill, i'll keep it in mind. the company just responded to my email asking for order details. i was satisfied with the way i had the beam adjusted and the amount of light it provided. i gave up pretty fast on the idea to let reggie off leash when it's dark outside. no light is going to be bright enough for that - the boy meanders in the woods and has no idea what recall is
i've made some headway though since his adoption 2 years ago - now, when i call he'll lay himself down wherever he happens to be and waits for me to come get him
