Although what I am hearing a lot is Chinese Customs won't allow vape products to be shipped out anymore unless they are shipped out by DHL or something.
FWIW, I just bought a mod via FT and used the free USPS shipping. Per tracking (parcelsapp.com) it's moving along within the system. I'm supposed to receive it between the 19th - 21st. It moved through the Chinese system pretty quickly.

DNA250, set to max recharges Battery voltage stops at 4.1 volts. Charge amperage doesn't fall. Sceen on while charging at 50%.Mod warm to touch if left charging. Opened it up, dry as a bone. Tried older FW, reboot ect.
I'm pretty sure the screen doesn't draw that kind of power. Less than 10,000 puffs, 1year 8 month's old. I do have a new board to put in.

A perfect example of why unattended charging should be avoided even with a multi-cell DNA board.

That is interesting dwcraig1. How long was it drawing that amount of current? DNAs does that top off charging thing which I really dislike, so I watch mine when charging. Btw, those magnetic quick release USB cables are wonderful. And I also use maximize recharges. One thing I would try for testing is charging by using a power bank. All the ones I've seen turns off once the current drops. So the top off charging won't happen without restarting the power bank. A DNA250C will also work as a power bank. And if it were mine, I'd also check the cell voltages to make sure the DNA is reading them right.

It was drawing that current for a few hours. If connected to EScribe with USB charging disabled the mod still gets warmer and cell voltage slowly drops.
Then there's what happened earlier in the morning. I has leaving work and took a couple of drags before putting it in my pants pocket. I pressed the fire button 5 times to lock it and it went dead (not just the screen). A couple minutes later the screen came back on and said "board error, press up button to continue". I've heard of this on 250C's before but not 250 non-color.
With the mod just sitting not connected the voltage doesn't drop over time.

On this DNA250 that I'm having problem's with I thought I'd open it up and charge it to find out if the heat was coming from the battery. It is not. The heat is coming off the two large inductors. I guess I'll put in a new board then attempt to RMA it.
