I mix almost all of my
juice (30ml batches) in 50ml beakers, (usually 6 and then pour into a larger bottle). I bought one of the battery operated stirrers from FT, and it works OK but,,, really kills my supply of AA
batteries. That shaft is coupled to the shaft on the small motor via a small plastic ring. A gentle pull on the shaft of the stirrer and it was in my hand.

Several years ago I picked up one of these wannabe dremmel tools from Harbor Freight. It's too light duty for much of anything unless you go real slow. It had a collet that fit the shaft size of the FT stirrer.

The HF tool claims a "Maximum speed (rpm) 16000 RPM", which makes it a stirrer on steroids! It is instant bubbles as soon as it gets turned on. I usually leave my mixes in the beaker over nite and use the stirrer a couple,
three or four times before I pour it all into a larger bottle. This thing will "froth" 30ml into 50ml in seconds. Beats shaking! I slowly lift the stirrer out of the mix and let it "self clean" (while its still inside of the beaker). It will spin all of the liquid out of the spring, then shut it off.
