The only way to straighten out government is to make it illegal to contribute to campaigns or for television or media to accept advertising dollars for any candidate. In order to Hold broadcast licenses with the FCC or file a tax return as a media concern all media should be required to give equal time to candidates free of charge and be barred from running special interest ads. The government should supply secret service/police protection and transportation to each of the candidates and use of public venues for events.

If all the billions of dollars wasted on each election's respective campaigns was funneled toward the national debt instead and elected officials didn't have to spend all their time fundraising, they might actually get some work done, and this would be a much stronger and certainly less corrupt country. Suddenly the Lawyers would be less interested in office because they could no longer rape the American People.

It would certainly shake things up.

Sitting down, facing forward.
The problem I find with Sanders is that he's a Socialist. The United States is a representative democracy, oil and water.

I think term limits are a necessity. Being a Congressman or Senator was never meant to be an avocation, just a temporary thing. Those that got elected yesterday are already working on their own re-elections. Not even close to what the Founders had in mind, at least in my opinion.

I'm from Jersey. I voted for him, but it didn't count!

It is sobering though isn't it? Couldn't sleep at all last night!

not so sure, sometimes a dreamer is just right to shake up things. ;)

anyhow, most people do not identify with either party anymore. i believe the percentage of independents stand now around 50. high time to restructure!
I switched from independent (no party) to Republican this election cycle because I wanted to vote in the primary (you can't if you're no party).

Omg, what have we done!
We just took our first steps to make America great again :p

Welcome to the post Brexit world
Not so bad. The UK hasn't imploded, neither will America.

I think we stand a whole lot better chance now of pulling power from the FDA on making laws via "regulations", they don't have the power to make laws and they have been getting away with it for far too long. Same goes with most of the other government agency's, there's way too little oversight to keep them in check.

I agree that of the two candidates Trump would be most likely to recognize the great overreach the FDA is guilty of and to recognize the insanity of virtually regulating vaping out out of existence when it is the most effective smoking cessation method on the planet and a true public health miracle of our decade. He will certainly recognize the economic impact of placing all those US Jobs and business in jeopardy.

On the flip side though, from a funding standpoint, vaping still is causing a great shortfall for the states in less tobacco settlement funding and has become literally the best & most glaring model of a China trade imbalance in action ever created. While it is my belief the FDA Deeming only makes that imbalance worse, I'm not sure Trump would see it the same way.

None the less, We are Vapers; We are Voters definitely had a substantial contributory effect to the election results we saw IMHO. Only time will tell if it will make things better for vaping. He is a businessman of reason who has no shortage of common sense, and that is much better for vaping than the alternative candidate.

(Conventional reasoning is that he is pro Big Pharma though).

The wife went past the cider mill on the way home, fresh pressed cider and a hot apple pie! I mulled the cider, sitting down to a hot mug with pie and a couple slices of munster cheese on the side, yum! Takes the chill out of a cold evening. :)
And in some small way, it is things like this that are the first steps in Making America Great Again. Enjoy!

So the Smoant Battle Star, came in the mail today from GB :)
24 days with just regular registered NL Post, not to bad compared to FT for were I live any way.
Unfortunately with out even taking it apart, I can see it's not going to work for a DNA swap :(
The mini USB is up side down, also it would only work with a 75 cause there is no room on the bottom were the JST connects on a 200. The spacing between the usb the up down buttons & the screen would be ok but the fire button is a lot higher up. Bottom line it would take a lot of modifications to make the swap work.

The good news is for a 37$ mod it's pretty nice! It's even a little smaller than the 3D printed version, it's got good weight to it, the battery door is well fitting & the magnets are great. It really feels like a quality piece, I think I will add it to my non DNA mod collection.

You should try an RX2/3. I'm not sure if it has changed at all as I don't have one but It is based on the RX200/Releaux chassis and that was designed for a DNA200 originally. There are replacement faceplate (bezel) available in any color you wish that should work to adapt it.

Your probably right! off season is coming soon, I'l have plenty of time to look around for a 2/3 & a bezel.
I'l have to say not regretting the Battle Star, pretty nice little mod for 37$ :)
Oh BTW the "CANDAN" shipment from GB is on it's way to Toronto (9 days so far :) ETA 14 days?
Apparently it goes from China to UK, World Wide Distribution Centre & is sent to various Countries from there.

So much for the party of tolerance....... Shutting down highways and roads, climbing on top of buses. Hard to bring everyone together when one side doesn't want to unite and start a path to healing and prosperity. Hopefully this will pass in a short time but it shouldn't have ever started.
