Goulash GOOD!

Sent from phone.

Is it anything like what we call Goulash, elbow mac, ground beef, garlic, peppers & onions in tomato sauce? I'd love to try the real deal one day, I bet it's nothing like what the wife makes and she's German.

willy, a true goulash is usually half pork and half beef cut into pieces like you'd use for stew here. ;) usually served over broad noodles or with potato dumplings! sauce depends on the variation with the hungarian beef goulash (Ungarischer Gulasch < for mike's benefit reading menus ;)) the spiciest and tastiest version imo!

Yum! That sounds and looks very good, I think I'm going to talk to the wife and see if we can't try to come close to that, I'll dig for some traditional recipes. Pork, potato dumplings, sounds so good! Thanks Tibs! :)

if you can find a decent paprika you're half way there, willy! ;)

recipes get changed and adapted in a new country - that's probably what happened to mike's favorite, pierogis, and your wife's goulash :D - and that's why real 'italians' are flabbergasted when they order 'italian' over here!

We have the OK to talk about the 75 now if you have any questions.

How did the mount the battery sled? I know it fits pretty snug inside the case, But did they fasten it to the case some how?
Can you post pic of the inside of your ERM?

Not sure about posting a pic, but they had positive end at the bottom connected with a wire to the +ve terminal and the -ve at the top connected to the ground next to the output. The cradle was not fixed in and they ground some of the plastic to fit the curve at the bottom end of the case. BUT those cradles are not great and Evolv chose them as almost a worst case scenario for testing.
