Why would you even keep or use a 4 year old battery anyway? I toss them as soon as they start coming on a year.
Wow! I have tons of cells I didn't even use once in a year. I must have at least 10 DX200 lipos that I have never used yet and they are at least two years old. I got six Sony VTC5 cells that are at least 5 months old that I have never even taken out of the package yet. Many of my 3 pair 18650 cells probably doesn't see even 10 recharges a year. Same with many of my 2 pair 18650 cells. A lot of my mods that I rarely use still have the same cells in them for years and hasn't been recharged in all of that time. :D

I have a "Zero" case, too, Willy. Mine is at least 35 years old and has been from Guam to Puerto Rico. Mine is an actual briefcase and I used it daily for about 25 years for work. The only damage it has is a few scratches from getting stuffed into overhead bins on airplanes. I wouldn't want to buy one today, though, too darn expensive but built to take just about anything, water and dust "proof", too.

When I do a road trip, a few days or more which isn't very often anymore, I have a small camera bag that fits eight 60ml bottles, syringes and necessary tools and supplies. As far as mods, I take whatever I like at the moment. I've got a multi-port USB car charger and wall wart model as well along with a spare xtar VP4 for single cells. The VP4 takes 12 volts on the input so it works in the car as well. A multi-port cigar lighter adapter rounds it all out so I can charge anything I need to while driving.

So what do you guys do if you want to keep vaping on it if it needs to be charged?

This was the Big issue for me, Seeing I don't have any means of charging at work :(
My solution? Cover the span, My 2 work mods if fully charged can last me all day, even a real long day :) Only down side, there real big & heavy. Better to carry a Big Brick than to run out of battery :)

I want to give a Big thanks to Mike for recommending the Baratza coffee grinder :)
Turns out they have a plastic piece that goes around the burr grinder, a safety feature designed to break first if some thing too hard to grind goes thru the machine.
Some how that piece broke on mine :( I went on their website, parts were nicely inexpensive :thumb: & got here in less than a week from some were in the western United States. The Baratza is a quality piece with good customer service :thumb:
Thanks again Mike :)

I don't know why, but this morning when I grabbed my Irish Spring Body Wash, I finally read the bottle after all of these years. And it said: "Shower up like a true Irishmen...". And I am thinking how does a true Irishmen shower? Maybe that isn't the kind of shower I want. Parts of the text is in French I think. And then the words "Gel Douche" caught my eye. I hope that means in French gel soap, or I think I have been showering with the wrong stuff for years.

I suddenly feel like I'm living in the dessert. The humidity is down to 78%. It's been in the upper 90's for the last week and a half. Time to harvest the week crop before I actually need a combine.
Here it's 70°F at 59% humidity outside. Inside it is 70.3°F at 41% humidity with the window open. Probably a month away from harvest here. Well it could be ready in two weeks since summer came a bit early this year.

Translated means shower gel... Now the Urban dictionary has a whole other meaning

I am glad that it was Todd who did that quick review of the Orion. As Todd and myself usually have the same likes and dislikes. And it is pretty brave of him to go on holiday for a week and just taking two Orions. I'm also glad he showed what Evolv EScribe options are with the Orion. As I was curious about how that would work. Although I take it that the DNA Go, the Device Manager just isn't available.

Mike Fakes also has a video review out for it. It does look like the Best! pod system out now :) Replay giving coil protection is a BIG plus!
A few things I noticed, a pod system was intended for a new vaper trying to quit smoking,
A higher nic % (nic salts) a more cigarette like draw. I'm wondering how many new vapers will want to deal with E-Scribe? IMO it's overly complicated for a newb :( This pod is like some thing our crowd would be more comfortable with, only thing were not new vapers looking for high nic low mAH device!
It does look like a quality piece :) I could see it selling for around $50 when it eventually hits FT, not bad for what your getting. I'm wondering why they didn't go with a replaceable coil head instead of the whole pod? Seems to me a waste to chuck out the whole pod, drip tip, fill cap & all :(
If you search YT, you can find a pod rebuild video for the JustFog MiniFit. This more interests Me :) If they made their pod, with a replaceable coil & was able to be rebuilt by some one with a bit more vaping experience like Us. This device would be more attractive to Me, or a 3rd pod option "Rebuildable" :)
I get it could be a nice Stealth mod even for more experienced vapers, But buing new pods every time just don't work for me :(

I don't like the idea of the "toss it" pod, either. A - I'm cheap! B - It's a waste of materials in this "green world"!

Other than that it does look like a great stealth system for those who need a stealth system, especially if you use low gunking liquids. I'd also like to see a little more capacity than 2ml. 3ml is OK, I guess, but more than that and you're probably going to exceed battery cycle capability versus liquid capacity. He did mention a 3ml version so maybe there's hope in that arena.

Maybe it's me being a cheap skate, but 70-80 bucks seems a little steep for a "starter" system when there's tons of starter stuff out there in the $20 range. Yeah, it's got an Evolv board, Replay and DNA roots, but still.
