My wife almost stuck my orion in the washing machine, it would have been my fault but I would have blamed her anyway...
cargo pants, one of the lower pockets

In the summer, weather permitting cargo shorts is all I'll wear, I love the extra pockets and they have those smaller tech pockets with no flaps for cell phones, my mod fit perfectly in those pockets, I love it!

But the main reason I wear shorts so much, when I'm kicking back I can easily take my prosthesis off. I rather not have it on when just setting, it's necessary to walk but reality is it's just not comfortable and you can't just pop it on and off when wearing pants. Then you get a really hot day and it gets HOT.... or a cold winter day and it sucks in the cold... Not ideal but a necessity.

Some might be creeped out by this and want to skip it, I totally understand, but if you want to see how you have to wear a BK (below knee) prosthesis this is the process for the type I have. That liner she shows, is the identical one I use, that's the first step to putting it on, then the right amount (thickness) of shocks for a good fit, image having to have that on you all day....

I pretty much never use Atomizer Analyzer for measuring resistance of the wire. Mostly I use it to see that the mod resistance hasn't changed especially on a mod with chassis ground on the 510. But where it really shines is in a situation where the two positive pins only get a good contact at the very last turn of screwing it in, Atomizer Analyzer helps identify this situation. eg. 510 positive too low, atty positive 510 too short, both.

On most atty's like my mizers, I take the bottom 510 screw out and put a circle of wire under the head of the screw to act as a washer to extend the screw out just a bit, really makes for a better connection. I take a piece of atty wire, I use 26ga, wrap it around a large needle then with the wire cutters, put one jaw inside the circle and cut, pieces will fall away and you'll have a perfect circle or wire, a wire washer.

Wax seal motif, using lost wax casting method. Over an ounce of gold in this thing.

A 510 to 510 adapter or a 510 cartomizer with it's end soldered over works just as well as the store bought plug......for those thrifty characters like myself.

I did the same, wasn't looking to spend $30 on a copper screw...

I used Cardas Eutectic solder as it makes everything better...

I do that with 24ga it makes most any attys hybrid friendly. Just as long as there is a good shouldered peek insulator that the screw goes into. ;)

Sitting down, facing forward.
I just saw a video of another wedding, in the Philippines. That one got shut down before the reception started by a typhoon knocking out power and kind of flooding the venue. I hope Mike's went better than that. Just hope they weren't planning on a romantic beach honeymoon.

@dwcraig1 when you receive your Orion .25 pods, let me know if they leak and the wicking situation. I know you didn't have a problem running thin juice through them but you know me, I like to use juice that i would normally use in full size device (high VG).
Well I have been using 3 Orions for a week now and I absolutely love them (a fourth one came today). I have 6 pods filled with juice and absolutely no leaks whatsoever. Although one guy on the Orion thread, said his leaks on the bottom. But he is the only one so far.

My first 0.5Ω pod, I refilled 4 times and suddenly I got a burnt hit chain vaping it in the car. I let it sit for about 12 hours and I tried it again. No burnt taste, but very little vapor. Turned up the power and no change in vapor whatsoever. Shined a spotlight underneath the pod and looked down the drip tip and the wick going through the coil was totally gone. I was vaping on a coffee flavor and I have been vaping it I'd say 4 months now. And I had some problems with cotton burning using RDAs with this juice even under TC. I think that juice might have a low burning point and I don't blame the pod or the pod mod. Every other juice I tried are vaping just great (50 to 70VG). One pod has 10 refills and it is still going strong.

There are some of us interested in the Orion thread with rebuilding these pods. As far as I know, you're the only one in the world that got one apart without cutting it in half. :) So what is the best way to pop that bottom plate out? And I think you should repost your pics over in that thread as that would help others there. If you don't want to, do I have your permission to do so and give you credit?
