I don't think any of the regulars here are easily offended. But a fair number of us have discovered the hard way that the forum's mods have a certain standard of decorum that they enforce.

@raqball , honestly its not about drama at all, if anything it was an attempt to prevent drama. We have been posting coffee pics for years now, it was tradition started back in the co-op threads. We have learned through trial and error how far we can push the line before the Admins jump in and shut it down. Trust me, I have crossed that line often myself, as have others. We have learned the hard way how far we can push. The inference was the person in the image was underage......... I take issue with that assumption / inference....... Anyways, like I said you'd assume they screen their models and since it showed on a Google search at several different websites so I assume it was not a prohibited image...
At any rate, as I said I'll move on from the thread and let you all have at it.. I avoid drama these days like it has the plague. The image has been removed so we all can move on now...

I received my SS430 single core 26 gauge Clapton's today. I just finished installing one. So far it didn't perform TC wise with my current settings (hit temp real fast)...still playing with it.
I'm not sure why every manufacturer choose to wrap the outside with core material instead of Kanthal but no biggie.
I've done all the usual checks and still get above...I'll fix it one way or another

Quick and dirty fix (not real quick) TCR of .00170, AVS says Ni free but this acts close to CW's
I am not sure what DNA board you are using, but I'd turn down or turn off boost, preheat, or whatever board you are using calls it. Still too fast, drop wattage. Keep dropping wattage until the ramp angle is what you are looking for. Sure it may take long to warm up, but don't worry about that part yet.
Once you get the ramp angle right, now start adding some boost a little at a time (if needed) until it is perfect. I only mess with TFR/TCR if the temperature reading isn't right. I think of TFR/TCR as calibrating the temperature reading.
Yes, classic sign that the TFR/TCR was really off. Since the DNA40 is using one for Ni200. Which is somewhere around a TCR of .00690.

seriously, this thread has very little drama and i've known some drama here on ecf
and after years of searching for coffee pics on google i learned one thing - google does not screen, at least not to ecf standards! 
on top of that age is sometimes hard to guess i'm sure plenty on here remember her
that's mia at 21 - willy probably would put her age at 15
