The prices for the blanks look good, I don't have the talent or the tools for the cuts, etc... I need something ready to accept a board.

I understand, I just stumbled across that website and thought the pics of the different offerings were amazing. Besides, I thought it might sway the thread away from my rants. Sorry, I was in a grumpy mood today, the damn pain wears on me and I get .....y. :( I can't keep my hands busy and my mind occupied, so damn nice out to. It's aggravating.

The BBC have, not official, but that's it IMO.

Well it's a upset but it's also a reset, a chance new start. Sometimes it's needed in order to open the door for a better day. I hope your pleasantly surprised and better days are coming for you.

What we see here with Trump is kind of the same thing, people are tired of being run over, things steadily going down hill and getting nothing but lip service from both parties. So they are willing to roll the dice with someone that's not the same old, same old. Will it bring us better days? Only time will tell but the future surely didn't look bright with what we have now.

IMO a big component of it is like people actually voting for a crazy sock puppet like Trump: just not served by and disgusted with the political process and making a drunken protest vote.

Are you saying half the country are drunks? LoL You might be right. Kidding aside, your right that it's a protest vote. ;)

Actually, it's not wanting to vote for a lying criminal. Gary Johnson (Libertarian 3rd party) might be ok but there's not enough info out there yet even though he's getting 10% of the vote. It's a tough choice but I don't think it'll be as bad with Trump as some people make it out to be.

The majority of the vote to leave is coming from the rural areas. The cities are overwhelmingly in favor of staying in the EU. Most people think leaving is going to be much worse for the UK in the long run.

Dow futures are down over 600.

Well one thing VB, may not like the results but it does show the people still have the power, that's something to be thankful for.
They had over 70% voter turnout.

That was one thing Trump contributed if nothing else, US voters came out to be heard.

I agree, I think Trump truly want's to do good things for our country, but I worry if he'll be overwhelmed with the real world of politics, I wish he at least had experience as a lawyer. I hope he remembers he's there to do OUR will, not his. I heard him say it once "I'm doing this for you", I'd like to hear it more and less about his accomplishments. It almost makes me wonder if being president is a personal goal, a trophy for his fireplace banister.

Trump does not play well overseas, but it is not really our business, just scary.
I think it's mostly because of the slanted media news bites. His foreign policies seem a little too isolationist for me but I think he'll come around as he's starting to surround himself with level headed advisors. We still have a democracy so he can't really do anything extreme that would blow up the world <insert nervous laugh>.
