I measure,,,, about 10mm between the posts and measure the posts diameter about 2.93mm to 3mm.

And about 13mm center to center on the posts. On my DX200. The size listed on that link is not the same.

ETA: and @SlickWilly beat me to the response!

I should have added that the health improvements are worth any differences in cost. I was smoking about two packs a week, but here in NJ that meant $15 a week and now is up very close to $20 a week.
I was smoking about a pack a day. More when I went out drinking.

I asked them if the DX200 that they are selling is V1 (Silver buttons) or V2 (Black buttons).

The reply is,,,,,, "The DX200 kits we have all have the black buttons."

HotCig DX200 Kit This store is in Oklahoma City, OK.

This Kit contains the dna 200 device, the Battery pack, and the charger,,, $80.00.

I thought I needed a charger and figured that I would just find a kit that included one. Instead I just bought a charger on ebay.

Brand New iMAX B6-AC B6AC Lipo NiMH 3S RC Battery Balance Charger US STOCK S78F
I have one of the iMax chargers. They tend to charge unbalanced after a while. There's a fix, changing out a resistor or something. I ended up picking up a couple of Turnigy 50w chargers from Hobbyking during a sale for $5 ea (was normally $30 ea). These are much more accurate and balanced a pack that couldn't get the 3rd cell up past 4.12v when the other 2 cells were 4.2v. I used a DMM to double check and it was very accurate.

I have watched some of the youtubes about "fixing" these chargers and they kinda made my eyes roll back.

Figured I would wait until I had it in hand and watch them again and see what I needed to do. Also something about flashing different firmware to correct the calibration menus.

Heck of a bargin for those Turnigy 50w chargers from Hobbyking! Wish I could have found some at that price.

The one I bought has the dual input instead of the external input only.

My eyes glazed over watching some of those videos too. I probably would've tried if I didn't find the deal. I know some guys on a hobby forum I'm on bought 10-20 chargers to resell on ebay for profit. I just wanted 1 to use and 1 for a backup. They sold out quick and those guys were chastised because they were greedy.

I would say even at the current $24 price (West warehouse), they're worth it if it was in stock.

Screw Type Solderless Dual Banana Plug Speaker Connector Red Black

So is this the right plug to make a hobby charger adapter cord for the DX200 from?
I looked at those too and no. What I did was to use two 4-40 long screws (I'll double check if you like as I am not sure) and they drop right in and then use alligator clips on the screws. Works perfectly up to 2.5A that I tested them to. And at 2.5A, they charge 30 minutes or less. You can also charge through the balance connector too.

Whoa stop! A lot of those IMAX B6 are horrible clones! Real IMAX B6 chargers cost 50 bucks and up and the 50 buck ones doesn't have their own 12v supply.
While I agree there are many B6 clones, SkyRC (manf. of iMax B6) did produce a v2 with dual power input.

And the original also suffered from the imbalance issue.

I know and the real ones with dual power input cost way over 50 bucks. I bought two Electrifly Triton RC chargers about 15 years ago and I still use them today. Although they were not cheap then, nor now. Back then you could get them on sale for about 120 bucks. Today I don't think I would recommend them as there are chargers just as good and cheaper. The good news is they did in fact last 15 years and counting.

Last time I ordered from them they Charged me $8.85 to ship a 70 cent part rather than stick it in an envelope and mail it to me (like I asked) so it seems too expensive to bother.

These seem like the right plug.

I guess everyone has their own preference :) For me the K-F V5 has quickly moved up close to the top my list of favourite Atty's :) The draw is tighter than say a mizer But way looser than the V4.
I have to agree on the quality, the build quality of my 2 clones is real good also.
It's hard for me to understand how people would pay close to 200 for an authentic, when the clones are so good & only about 15% of the price.
Can I ask were you got the Tobeco clone? I wanted to try one on the reputation of their V4 clone.
They still don't seem to be available main stream :(
I got my tobeco from eciggity. If you like them and want to stash some away @KTMRider bought 10 from tobeco on alibaba. Not sure if it's cheaper but it's an option since I think eciggity is out of stock at the moment?

The sjmy has the beige peek insulators throughout where the sxk is peek under the positive block and I'm guessing the white everywhere else is delrin. I'm not even sure that really matters, but that's what I've gathered over in the kf5 thread.

Oh and one of clones has a 2.7mm airhole, the sxk and tobeco are 3.2mm confirmed by KTMRider and myself. (well I was able to easily fit a 3mm screwdriver in the sxk with a little wobble room, so I'm guessing 3.2mm - I don't have a calipers)

Of the 3, I'd venture to say either are good quality.
Tobeco = eciggity
Sxk = focal (& ft?)
Sjmy = 3fvape

Does anyone else keep a spreadsheet with their vape purchases? I have a tab for my mods, atomizers, build and juice as well as dates when they were built and how many times they were rewicked and filled.

I've been at this for just over 2 yrs. My first real purchase was a EHPro KFL+ v1 ($50) and Innokin MVP 2 ($70) bought at a local B&M. I have spent just over $3900. There was a 7 month gap where I bought nothing (9/15 to 4/16) :eek:
Dude, you are way too organized! LMAO [emoji23] I'm lucky if I remember what wire is in what atty when I build them and not fill them right away!
