2 Silo 1300's :) Going to update 2 3D Printed mods on the weekend :)
You can see their a bit smaller than a ERM+, I was hoping the green was a bit nicer :( But what are you going to do? I have a green Limitless+ coming for the matchy matchy :)
I know I said I was going to cut down on vape gear, but I'm addicted :(

Shaw up here in the north was running a promo on 150/15 for 44/m on the first year and 79/m on the second on a two year contract. I took it seeing I was paying 90 for my 50/3. Ive been a customer for years so another 2 years is no big deal. Telus is putting in fibre but only one ip addy and tons of blocked ports. With shaw since I have 2 ips already they honoured it at no extra cost no blocked ports and a 1TB download cap. 1,5GB torrent took under 10 min im happy.

Now for some fun ( I hope no city workers in here). The city decided that a 8x3 foot section of concrete in front of my driveway needed replacing. This started on monday last week
Day 1 put up no parking signs "no parking from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday"
Day 2 put some nice orange cones by my tree
Day 3 nothing
Day 4 cut out area to be replaced-no concrete removed yet
Day 5 cut out section was removed and orange cones with yellow caution tape installed
Day 6-7 weekend
Day 8 2 9ft 2x4 forms installed ( according to neighbor 4 guys 2 trucks and a supervisor ) for 1 hour

Damn if I worked like that I would have been fired.
Im hoping this is done by Friday.

I've got "30/30" so not too bad. What's funny is that I remember running a 1000 seat network and feeling good about a "full T" to connect to the internet.
Thats what really blows, at the business level bandwidth gets cheaper and cheaper every year, but Cox, TWC, and Comcast, dont pass that along unless they are in a market where there is competition. Google Fiber is in Charlotte now, Gb speeds cheep, and TWC is feeling the pinch.

and the icing on the cake - i got fiber optic cable running alongside my property line but it's off-limits. it's 'for the children' in an elementary school miles up the road
A dude with a fiber splicing machine could handle that in an afternoon!
