Checked my 5 DNAs for voltage at the 510 connector. 3 dna200's and 2 dna75's. Apparently UP TO .63Xv is normal when measured with a DMM.
Interesting though is that when they are at rest for a long period of time (overnight) they all initially read 10-40mv but began climbing with the meter connected . Once fired and allowed to go to idle they all read at least .40v and also began rising once the meter was connected. They all rose to .63X volts if I left the meter connected long enough (2 min)
Not sure why that happens. Perhaps there is a capactor in the dna output circuit that can charge to .63X volts with the tiny reference voltage used by the meter for voltage measurements. Or it could be that the 1Mohm resistor in the meter is being detected by the dna even when it's idle. If it is then the small reference voltage used by the dna for res measurement could be charging the output cap.
Bottom line, your board is probably fine. Have you checked your batteries to see if they hold a charge overnight when not installed in the mod?
