I am in the with the City IT "click" that runs/manages the cities fiber, and I know they dont do any throttling/filtering/ logging beyond the billing necessitates. They get their bandwidth from "Lumos" which "seems" ok as far as I can tell.
Really looking forward to that, I am so sick and tired of ComFart......
Plus.... having a legitimate business could open some wholesale doors that I never could get past before.

Yeah, I think grandma did too, but they wouldnt let me drink any back then, apparently I was enough of a tornado WITHOUT stimulants.
Tornado? I wasn't allowed to drink coffee, tea or sodas. Couldn't have anything with preservatives either, so no chips or pre-prepared foods. Had to take Ritalin every day for 8yrs......talk about tornado prevention.
Even though I couldn't have the junk food all my friends had my mother was a terrific cook. I never missed the junk food and she didn't have to kill me. All good.
