thank you :)
That quilt one with the dove in the center is one of my favorites - a lot of 'feeling' in it.
Her father had drawn the dove before he died...and she was a quilter...
I like the effect of the mixed techniques using foiled panels (the hummingbirds and flowers) and leaded pieces.

You can buy a block of a 'proper' clay for around $30. It's pretty cheap stuff.
True, but I like to feel connected with my surroundings. I've made quite a few wood pieces from locally harvested trees for the same reason. Thinning densely treed areas is also great for promoting the growth other the healthier trees.... win win.

Been dragging my feet on this one for a few years. My intention is to turn it into a lamp, with flexible gooseneck globes coming out of each branch stump. So far all I have done is strip the bark and give it a rough sanding.

Sitting down, facing forward.
That's just a digital TV antenna, Steamer. It picks up the normal signals broadcast by the stations themselves, not the cable company. Given that digital signals either work or don't, depending on strength (distance from the transmitter), it may or may not work and all you'll get on it are the regular broadcast channels, no HBO, SHO or any other "subscription" type of channel.

But whats this line?
"Sure the cable companies are not happy about it. But they are required by law to keep the signal going. And with advanced antennas like TvFox you can actually pick it up."
