I spent some time in the garage last night and this afternoon. I bought a piston kit for my semi-tired air compressor (or so I thought) a couple of years ago but never got around to installing it because my compressor ran pretty good. I decided to install it last night since the blaster gun really pushed the limits of my compressor. Turns out the piston was in decent shape but I swapped it out anyways

. It does run better than before but probably not needed.
I took my 2 ERM+'s apart and soda blasted them last night. I was impatient so I built one last night and it looks good. The raw soda blasting finish attracts fingerprints easily though. I cleaned up the 2 75c and other ERM+ this afternoon and painted them with Rustoleum Matte Clear spray paint I picked up at Lowes. It dries in about 10m and you can handle them in 30m. I put 2 coats on them with 5 mins between coats. I let it dry for about an hour and put the ERM+ together. Comparing it to the ERM+ I didn't paint, the color is every so slightly lighter and the texture is a bit more grippy but that could be from painting outside in a light breeze and I didn't use heavy coats. It'll probably smooth out a little as I handle it but I'm VERY happy with how it turned out. You cannot leave fingerprints on this finish and it looks great.
My 2 DNA75c boards are on their way to the mothership so I hope to get them back next week some time.
It's hard to take a good pic of the finish with my phone and I'm too lazy to take out my dslr so deal with it

Left is unpainted, right is painted.
