Nice modding, that is one tight enclosure.
So happy to have one completed, it's been in my head for a long time. Soldering wires to those itty-bitty, tiny, tiny terminals on that usb port was trying to say the least. The smallest silicone/highly flexible wire I had was 24 and that was like trying to solder car battery cable to a match stick. Good thing I only needed to solder to three terminals, I bent the outer two out and the center up so the soldered joints wouldn't touch, once done I encapsulated them with hot glue. Not the correct way to do things but that's part of tinkering, finding ways to make what you have to work with work, that problem solving, seeing it in your minds eye, then actually making it work is what I enjoy.
I can remember watching in fascination at a very, very young age, my Grandfather fixing things with what he had to work with which pales in comparison to what I have around here today and by golly he'd find a way to make something work without running out to buy stuff. I asked him where he learned how to do that and I'll never forget him telling me, "during WWII and the depression, you made do or you did without." Every time I wash off a shovel or a spade I think of how he taught me, "That's how you make them last a lifetime, put them away dirty and they'll rust in short order." I still have one of his rakes, shoves and pick ax, guess he was right. My Dad was the same way, when the two of them got together I was always right there with full interest at what they were doing and how. Guess it rubbed off, unfortunately I've never been able to pass that along to anyone, my daughter never had interest in fixing things and my son in law, his attitude is,
Why bother learning, Dad will fix it for me, he knows how. I'll just leave it with him, go watch sports & drink a cold beer....
But I digress back to the
ZNA 60, you know it was a good idea on Evolv's part to release the 200 then the 75 before the 60, if I had the 60 at the start, highly doubt I'd have all these 200's and the 75's.
