Another FYI, here's a video for the mod I posted thats on sale :)
This should be right up our ally here, it's American made it does TC, even with Kanthol? or so they claim.
This company went out of business (no longer makes mods) cause of the new regs, so this the last chance to try one of these boards/mods. IDK how I missed this chip, it looks pretty interesting :)

I have a Slice SE and two Hohm Wrecker G2 LE's and they will TC any wire out there, it takes a bit of tinkering to get it fine tuned but it does work.

The paint is really poor on the Slice and it chips very easily. A quick rub with steel wool and then hit it with a buffing wheel to take care of that problem. :D

The Slice LE has an on board 3A charge circuit so it will spin up a flat 26650 in 1.5 hours. You can use any of the Raspberry Pi 3A μUSB wall warts with it.

Wow that did polish out nice! Can I send you the one I ordered, so you can polish mine too? :)
What are your thoughts on the X Dream? IMO it's about the best flavour atty I have!
That tiny little chamber creates a flavour that is unreal! Are you running the single coil deck?
I find it works better! With just one Air Hole open it's my top flavour atty :)

Nice tip on the 3amp charger :) I have one of those new Nitecore's it charges Fast!

Did you pick the $0.00 shipping option from Vaporcube? That won't work and you will probably get a call from them about shipping charges, I did.

It's actually quite easy to buff, as everything slides into holders in the frame. I did take the 510 out to make it easier to strip that area. The paint peels right off with some Circa 1850 furniture stripper, clean up with fine steel wool and a mushroom buff from Princess Auto in a clamped hand drill did the rest.

I am not a pro and you won't get a perfect mirror finish, but I would gladly do yours up for you if you wish.

My all time favorite MTL flavor tank is the Rose V2, I still use one for a little stealth vaping. The X Dream replaced my R that I really enjoyed with the ceramic B deck. But I was always pulling juice up the chimney on the X and it whistled depending on the build, so it hasn't seen any use in long time. The Aromamizer Plus' with 5mm ID fused claptons or 22g builds are my go to these days. :thumb:

My X is authentically challenged and since you are a fan, it could easily get some traveling papers. :vapor:

My Xtar SV2 will charge 2 26650's at 2A each and that quick enough for me, I can have the Slice and Aegis charged in no time.

no input for the zenith? not even from steamer? :?: here's mamu's review from fb:
''For the last couple of years (yeah years lol) I've been on a search for a tank that has a replaceable coil that will give me the same awesome vape I get from my genny tank - plus I wanted a plug and play coil cause I am SO tired of having to rebuild the wick and coil. I've spent a lot of $$$ in my search for this tank only to be disappointed over and over again. I'd make it a couple of days vaping with it and then it was always bleh this sucks and I'd switch back to my genny tank. My kids seem to be able to vape with any ol tank with a plug and play coil and actually like the vape they get with it, but I just couldn't take the vape with these tanks - something was always off and I always ended up going back to my genny tank after only a few days of using the tank and of course back to rebuilding coils. poo - so very disappointing every friggin time!!

A while back I saw a post about the Zenith tank from Innokin that Dimitris and Phil designed. I liked its features and its slick design and was wondering what the vape was like, so thought ok I will buy it and try again. When I got the Zenith and started vaping with it, a bit of excitement kicked in on the 3rd day cause not only had I made it past 2 days, but I was getting a pleasant surprise with what I would describe as a full-bodied flavor-packed vape and with a draw and hit that was perfect for me. Over 3 weeks later, and yup I'm sure now this is what I've been searching for - this is what a tank with a plug and play coil should be. The vape is full-bodied and flavorful, keeps up when I want to chain-vape with absolutely no dry hits, has so far never gurgled (friggin tanks that gurgle suuuuck!), has a perfect dial in for the draw I like, I can use my own drip tip if I want, and has easy peasy refiling. I get about a week and a half or so before needing to replace the coil.

I like this tank so well that I wanted to share with my vaping friends what I thought of it. I think it's just crazy insane that it took years of searching and buying various tanks for me to finally find a tank with a plug and play coil that gives me a great satisfying vape. I like it so well that I don't even think of vaping with my genny tank anymore. I like it so well that I just bought a year's stash of coils. booya!!

IDK what to Say Tibs, the only pre built coils I use are Atlantis V2 .5 Clapton Coils in my BB's
For me they work fine @ 45 watts :)
The BB's aren't the greatest for TC :( The connectivity through the Boro is well, laking, I tried & got mixed results. Too much hassle to get a good TC vape :( So enter the Atlantis Coils :)
I will say for a pre built coil head, I don't mind they way they perform :)

Well it seemed to good to be true! If I got to pony up some shipping money, it's nothing new for Me :(
I will be expecting the email.

Sitting down, facing forward.
The problem I have with pre-made coils is how they actually connect. Using TC means a solid connection to the coil and too many of the drop ins have, shall we say, questionable connections at least from what I've heard. Yeah, building gets to be a pain but being able to build and have a good, solid, vape for a few weeks to a month at a time makes it worth it, plus I'm cheap.

as far as i know mamu's mods all have evolv chips - the picture she posted showed the atty on one of her evolv 75 mods ;)
That doesn't necessarily mean she's using TC. AFAIK, all of Evolv's DNA boards still support VW mode, right?

You can get a drop in coil to work in TC just fine :)
I used to rebuild my own Sub tank coils with Ni, they worked Great!
Only problem was the coil would rip apart, if I tried to rewick it.
So the coil was good only as long as the wick :(

Things might be better now with premade coil than two years ago. Back then most weren't tc wire and the ones that were had poor connections. Since then I've noticed more premade coils have spotwelded or staked connections so they make great connection. Problem is most of them are made from Chinesium SS and tcr values are all over the place, at least the ones I was sent for review early last year.
I might consider a Ti or Nife premade coil with spotwelded/staked connections for TC. Anyone know of any?

One of the other problems of pre-built coil stuff is what happens to them, and your stock of coils, when the next, new, shiny, better one comes along? I've already got a collection of that stuff, tanks and coils, collecting dust while my do-it-yourself stuff just keeps on keepin on.

tibs, I have a couple UD Zephyrus (V1) you can have them if you want to try em. Youde UD Zephyrus Sub-Ohm Rebuildable Tank Atomizer They work great, go from wide open lung hits down to mouth to lung. They make some really nice coil heads both in TC or kanthal, I used the ni200 and loved them, great flavor. I just got sick of paying for heads and decided it was time to go back to making my own coils again. The rebuildable deck is tiny, way to small to use but the pre-made heads were consistently great, they have a floating pin between the head and the 510, no problems with good connection as long as your mods have a decent 510.
