I drilled out the threads & epoxied the magnets in the case & the back shell.
I had the magnets here from past projects, so not exactly sure the size?
I think they are 3mm diameter ??
Here is the V1 Supreme 25mm on the DIY Ebay Hana mod.
The over hang isn't much, just depends on how much over hang Bugs You?

Did you just slide the magnets into the threaded hikes? If you've got a 25mm Aromamizer, would you mind taking a pic with it on, whenever you get a chance I mean. Oh for some reason I thought you were using the same one as me. btw, I've always wondered... do the Chinese ones have Google assistant?

Also are you able to watch Amazon in it? The shields are the only android I know of that come preloaded with it (if you buy it from Amazon) but I know it's not available in the play store for Android TV.
Google assistant, no, not sure if you can load it or not, never tried.

Amazon, yes, you have to use the browser to go to the Amazon website to d/l the APK (go to Android settings first and allow 3rd party APKs), but I have Prime on all 3 of my Android TV boxs. Between Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBONow, and of course Kodi, I havent felt the need for cable in quite some time.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Our water heater was right next to the well tank. The kitchen is almost at the other end of the house. I got tired of waiting for hot water through about 60 feet of 3/4" pipe so I moved it to right under the kitchen sink, and the kitchen is where most of the water use is. Hot water in about three seconds. The wait in both bathrooms is about the same, say 15 seconds. One bathroom, that was closer to where the water heater used to be, is about the same and the other bathroom is about 30 seconds faster. That bathroom is at the opposite end from where the water heater used to be.

If you've got a basement, Tibs, just move the darned thing to the middle. If you don't have a basement, oh well.

coming from europe, even after all those years, i'm still partial to 'on demand' but every time a hot water heater goes and i look at pricing i end up with another tank ;)
sure, prices have come down but not for the alterations needed to make one work :(

Speaking of TV, now that time has past since I was forced to use the digital converter boxes from Spectrum I'm getting use to it. On my desktop where I watch all of my TV I had to use a converter box with a RF out meaning I have to set Media Center on channel 3 and change the channels on the box, can't change channels or use the channel list to set and record shows on Media Center anymore. If I want to record I have to manually set a date and time frame to record channel 3 then make sure the converter box is set to the channel at the time I want to record, that I still hate but I've let go of most of my anger, you know, accept the things you can not change...

I watching more and more using the Roku hooked up to the monitor or I'll log on through the web browser. But one of the benefits of the converter box, I now have access to all the channels in the package I pay for through Spectrum where as before the TV tuner card in my computer would only allow me to view the lower basic channel s, about thirty channels. I've only found a couple that I never watched before so I wasn't missing that much, but one I found I absolutely love is the Velocity channel, Velocity - Official Site I call it the gear head channel. I can watch that for hours on end, love it! I gotta see if I can get it through streaming.

Right, and Classy is in Florida, where unless you want an indoor swimming pool, a basement is just a terrible idea.

So how much total per month do the three services cost ?
What about Live TV? Do you get a good selection?
Amazon comes with my Prime membership so it really doesnt cost anything as I subscribe to Prime anyway. I think I pay about $30 total for the other two.

Live TV, no, but in Martinsville there arent any local channels to care about. You can find the major networks live via Kodi though.

water heater in garage far side...both baths other side of house.
All electric
Tankless "demand" heaters are more efficient than tanks because they only make hot water when you need it, whereas tanks keep hot water in 'em and thus leak out heat that needs to be replaced more-or-less constantly.

IMO, a really good compromise is a super-insulated tank such as a Rheem Marathon which also has a lifetime guarantee on the tank itself (but of course not the heating elements). I put one in our house here in Florida about 5 years ago, I'm really happy with it. The standby losses are really low, but for me another major consideration was: There's nothing to rust. Where I am, anything made of steel will not live long.

Well, at 345' or even down to 50', you could have a basement. Of course if it's sandstone under a shallow top soil (?) layer it may not be very practical.
Classy is at about 100'. But the catch in much of the state is how close to the surface the water table is.

And sometimes you don't know - until you find out !

My yard...I can only dig down about 5" before I hit grey clay.

That will never happen in my house, my gf *loves* throwing things away, often times perfectly good things that I end up having to buy again... I can't blame her though... her mother was/is a hoarder so she dealt w/ stuff from that growing up.

One DNA 75 in one of the ebay mods running on three lipo's in parallel is done, three more mods to go.... Yeah I went for the easiest first LoL. Gonna have to get the rest done in the next week or so, snow is now gone, we'll get some April showers next so outside work is out for a while but I got a lot of work in the shop waiting for me. Winter for me is over (hopefully) time to get back to work, pretty soon I won't have time for mod building.

It was beautiful 70's first half of the day & I wore shorts & flip-flops to my half-day at work, now it's 40 & windy as hell. I'm at my uncles wedding gig helping out w/his new wireless mic/monitor setup, I just saw a table cloth catch the wind & fly across the reception area.

Poor people, thought they would be getting married in beautiful 70 degree weather. It's a bad omen [emoji848] lol
