Anybody ever got the 75C/250C 20 second timeout to ever work? No matter what you set it for, it will only fire up to 10 seconds and that is it. 
You use 100% VG Tibs? PG allergies? Water works really well to thin thick juice down (but you probably already knew this) and I don't notice the water when vaping. And you don't need much water either. So say if you use like one drop per ml, that is a bit excessive I would think. So even less than this.
Wow! It's been 4 years since I used any juice higher in PG than 50%. As I tend to stay away because I seem to recall high PG gave the juice a petroleum taste to it. So do you notice this too?
Also high PG, you can have leaking issues (since it is so thin). So does the Orion pods leak with you?
No leaking, one of the testers uses 100% Pg in all devices.
I use 50/50 so I really cant say fro sure, but I feel pretty confident it would work short of maybe chain vaping. If chain vaping is a requirement then I would try adding 5% DW to 95% VG.
So I managed to convince myself that I needed to order a couple of 2 pk of the 0.25 pods....before Bill buys them all.

It's a hard hollow body with soft felt like stuff on the outside, defiantly not a toy.
