This would put the breaks of places like FT! The only reason they can be competaive, is the shipping subsidies from their government! Otherwise shipping from China would cost a fortune. This could be the end of "Cheep" Vape Gear from China

It may prompt them to move warehousing/shipping a little closer to the US, like say Mexico. The US market is probably the largest vaping market so that would make sense.

I've always wondered how the heck it's possible for Chinese vendors to ship stuff to the US for less than it costs to ship the same sort of package domestically.
