Dovpo Mono SQ Signature Mod at MyVPro. $140.56 using 5% off your order if you apply coupon code “WeVapeWeVote-VTC” or “MYVPRO-2020” at checkout. Pretty pricey if you ask me for a single 18650 cell DNA75C mod. But it does look like it might be very nice and measures in at 41.1 x 87 x 27mm.
Well there is the Dovpo Odin DNA250C and now the Dovpo Mono SQ Signature DNA75C. And Dovpo teaming up with Odin and Signature was probably a smart move by Dovpo. As neither would put their name on something cheap.DovPoo came out of no wear & is trying to get premium $ for Chinese mods
It is nice that it has a DNA but it's still a cheep Chineses Mod! & 18650? Really!
I might as well throw in my 2 cents. Any single cell DNA75C needs to be able to be powered by a 21700 if one wants to utilize it's potential. That being 100 watt boost with INT firmware. A 30 amp 18650 will do it for a little while only.
Well there is the Dovpo Odin DNA250C and now the Dovpo Mono SQ Signature DNA75C.
This is true Bill, But at full retail the Odin is no deal! At $136 from FT with $1 shipping it's a buy! If FT was selling The SQ for $89 then it mite be attractive.
Also I agree it needs a bigger battery!
Punk FT had "MAP" discount on the Odin when it was first listed, it reduced the price by $44 to $136DovPoo got mad & told them they could not offer the Map discount any more
FT made it known in their forum that they would still sell the Odin for the discounted price but not just out in the open, if you want one for the $136 open a ticket & ask for "MAP" pricing on the Odin
I got both of mine for the reduced Price![]()
But that is just FT undercutting the retail competition. That’s does not change the manufacturing cost of the device.
Ah... but there is a difference. As the non-Chinese company does the engineering and insures the quality of the Chinese manufactured devices is up to their standards. And if they are, they will stand by their product. And they usually handle support and service of their products as well. Which is a huge difference!I find names associated with a product like Vapor clouds with the Odin is worth nothing to me! They mite be in for a small share of the Sale price? but besides that what value do they add?
The mod is made in a factory in China, just like the rest of them!
Heck even big named brand consumer electronics are done this way. Love it or hate it, this is the way things are usually done today.
True, but you never want to grab a small mod sometimes that is light that you can drop in your shirt pocket? I do. And that is why I have some mods with lots of battery capacity and some with very little.A 21700 mod mite be a bit bigger, for me it's a trade off I'm willing to accept![]()
Here is how I believe it is usually done. Rarely is there is a rep in the Chinese factory. What usually happens is the plans and specs are sent to a Chinese manufacturing company. And they agree on a price. Then the non-Chinese company orders the quantity they want. Then the Chinese manufacture ships them to them. Usually a small batch at first so they can check the quality.Well if your Apple & can afford to do quality control in your Chinese's factory, it mite be a different story!
But I'm sure no one from Vapors Cloud is in the DovPoo factory making sure you get a good unit!
No one was in the Chinese factory were they built the VapeDroid doing quality control! Thats for sure!
