Sitting down, facing forward.
@awsum140 you didn’t like my post?
It really has no. Buttons

Sorry about that. I'm fighting with my "new", refurbed", S9 phone and must have clicked in the wrong spot in my rush. The phone actually looks brand, spanking, new, not a scratch, blemish or wear spot, and apparently even has a new battery in it as well. Now, I just have to get used to an "edge" screen and a modern version of Andoid. If I can figure out how to shut down Bixby I'll be a really happy camper.

I bought a TV a few weeks ago like that with no buttons. A Philips
came across that while waiting to get my tires changed - trying to read while that thing was blaring and nobody else around. found a power button somewhere in the back but my bliss didn't last long. manager came, saw me reading and turned it back on and left

I never had good luck with Sony products. In fact, I can't think of any Sony products I still own. I also used to work at a repair center right out of the military and we did warranty work for all of the major brands. And Sony's were not repairable friendly. But no power is usually one of the easiest problems to repair. Might be something as simple as a fuse. Or a shorted rectifier diode (a power surge can take them out) that blows fuses. Anyway good luck. :)
I repaired a few flat screen TV's that wouldn't turn on for friends and family members. Electrolytic capacitors in the power supply went out. Two of them were Sony (Bravia I think, it's been awhile).

About a week ago I noticed that my laptop's screen would correct it's self when say "turned upside down" like a phone will do.
So a couple of days ago I ran my finger across the screen to see if it was a touch screen, no it isn't.
It has a feature to shut off the hard drive if it senses that it's falling but that feature is turned off.

So does the laptop work with auto rotation? Even if enabled, it might not have the senors to know the laptop has changed orientation. That feature can be locked too if you don't want that to happen. I have a few laptops and tablets (which have touch screens) that I usually lock them out until I want it to rotate, which is rare.

I turn them on with mine with hard drives. It doesn't make sense to have on for SSD. Some hard drives have the feature is built into them. The only negative I can think of is if you are moving it around, it can't access the drive. But that is a good thing since you shouldn't be using the hard drive while moving anyway.

I went into settings just now and turned Auto Rotate off.

Is anyone here using silicone wiper blades? I'm thinking about giving them a try.

I'm running these for obvious reasons :)

IMO nothing works better than OEM wiper blades! I'v tried many different kinds over the years, even thou they look cheap! OEM blades work best :)

I dunno. I bought a pair of winter blades and they were the best blades I ever bought for the winter. Although I mistakenly left them on for the summer and they disintegrated. :(
