Amazons Great! were would have we got stuff like this in 2 days with Free shipping before?

I thought every thing was OK with vaping in Canada? I don't see any thing changing in Ontario. All the shops I use still take PP & CC payments :)
We still do as well, this is talk at the moment and probably won't apply to the Petro Canada stations that sell vaping gear...

That was a long time ago! Here just like the states, the provinces work independently on some issues. So if Nova Scotia is planing a Visa Payment Ban on vaping goods, Don't mean Ontario will to.
I'm fairly certain, here in Ontario, any way, vaping is considered "Harm Reduction" & should be safe from the influence of BT!

TBH, I'm not sure if the province share in BT Profits, like the states do? But I am certain the provinces are interested in keeping Health Care costs low!
In Nova Scotia tobacco tax funds the teachers pension plan, they want and need people to smoke... If they were more proactive in helping people to quit by supplying free of charge methods then they would save the money they spend on smokers health care. But they would rather be the drug dealer in this situation, we have had quite a few customers go back to smoking due to the flavor ban/juice tax hike.

Don't kid yourself, this will go Canada wide. Nova Scotia is the test bed and other provinces are watching how it all plays out. They are watching to see what kind of mitigation is needed when the laws are put in place. The letters were sent and sessions attended to voice opposition a few years ago when the NS government proposed these laws. All to no avail, as they don't give a fiddlers if vaping helped you quit smoking or not. It's all about the tax money and always will be, easy for the government and anti vaping groups to get the non smoker/vaper public vote with the propaganda.

We chuckle when an out of town customer comes in saying that this would never happen in Ontario or Alberta. ;)

We've had two shops recently raided, product seized/fines levied as the owners chose to ignore the laws and carry on with business as usual.

But on the other hand I have a $50+ spiff coming from selling Vuse (Imperial Tobacco) vape gear.

Pretty Sad! Tax's are easy, they could just tax vape gear/ juice :)
If any thing Canadians do well, it's pay Tax's!
I wonder if we Canadians have the same kind of deal the US states do?
The liability cap & the profit sharing? I'm hoping we have the incentive to keep people from smoking cause of the Health Care cost savings?

I consider my self lucky I was able to get off cigarettes with Vaping! What happens from here won't really affect Me personally as much as people who still smoke! :(

We already have a 35% vape hardware tax here in NS as well as a $0.50 per ml juice tax. People who order juice online are having to go further west to get juice, a lot of Ontario companies won't ship to NS anymore due to the bond requirement cost of selling to NS. Canada Post is starting to refuse shipments to here as well if it is vape related.
Enjoy the good times in the land of milk and honey. :toast:

Speaking of Milk and Honey, it's been way too long since I've had a bottle this fine liquid .

Same here, I'll never go back to smoking. It's a sad state of affairs for those that do.

Not really sure if we have that Tax yet? I would happily pay it! If we did :)
Let's face it, the Goberment has to make revenue, I would much rather pay vape tax than be fighting to keep vaping a legal thing in our Country!
Cigarettes are Taxed to Death! & know one complains, as long as they can keep getting them!

I heard this effects all provinces. This info is supposedly from Dash Vapes.
Dash is hurting. From rarely any sales, and usually less discount than the others, I now get emails (usually noonish) for 15% off oooh around every week or two. Like a 1 day sale. I buy flavor concentrates from them, never hardware. I don't like the way the owner operates (pricing wise) where he's openly said he looks at the price of juice in the US, factors in shipping, and then sets his price. They buy full jugs of the recipe from the US, sans PG,VG, nic, then bottle and label here.
I still remember when they and that gal (ecigflavorium) got deep in bed with JUUL, and were best of buds. While those 2 are still the most vocal, the remainder of the industry acts like a bunch of neck beard high school dropouts, with no clue how to organize and speak with one LOUD voice. (I'm not in the industry, but that's how it appears to me)

Imagine how bad it's going to get when the Nova Scotia Tax gets Here!
I'm not the biggest fan of The Dash :( For Canadian retailers I like Canvape :)
All you have to do is add a Vuse Pod mod to your order & it covers shipping. I have 4 of them now!
