Hi

my new batteries stopped functioning properly within a month so i contacted v4l and within minutes they are sending a replacement to me so i am very happy with their customer service and i see why everyone here raves about the lenghts they go to to satisfy their customers no questions asked.

Couldn't agree more - they have always been more than fair if I have a problem. The best advice to give anyone is submit a support ticket - it provides them with the information they need to check on the problem then get back to you with options. It's nice to work with a company that stands behind their product.
