FYI...

I have been running 3 miles a day around 5 days a week for the last month with no noticeable effects from vaping. I am running between a 8 and 9 minute mile (i know, not marathon material). I have run for years on and off (mirroring quitting smoking) and I can't tell the difference in my running from not smoking and vaping. Lung capacity is good, no shortness of breath, time is getting better and my heart rate isn't much higher or lower then other times I have recorded it. Resting heart rate is slightly higher I have noticed, but that was expected considering nicotine is a stimulant.

Anyone else have some experiences with cardio while vaping? Not at the same time of course 8-o

I can't jog anymore, as I've got bad knees from doing it a lot when I was younger (used to do 35 miles a week or so). I walk for exercise, now. I have noticed that since I quit smoking, I can walk quickly up long, steep hills with relative ease, whereas before, I'd be panting a bit.

Weight lifting, for me, is about the same, before and after quitting. I know this sounds a bit crazy, but in the old days, I'd "pump" myself up with a few quick analog hits, before doing a heavy exercise, like flys or rows! I don't miss that anymore, though.
