I'm reading in the fasttech forums that there is no date sequence of how the orders are being sorted, processed, and shipped, and many ppl are not happy campers because of that.....I guess its whatever the handlers are grabbing first and not by date of order or acceptance...your 9/7 18650 batteries may ship via China Post and arrive sooner than the 9/7 order via HK post and then to USPS...as U know beginning 9/14 Fastetch decided they MAY ship 18650 batteries via China Post cause they have no avaiation regulations regarding those type batteries whereas HK Post does..

New China Post Shipment Methods (14 September 2013): FastTech Forums

Sorry, but there seems to be some sort of misunderstanding. We need to get this straight.

FT is processing and shipping your orders normally, in order. It is the Hong Kong Postal Authority that seem to be responsible for x-raying and authorizing your packages. That is where the hold up is. That is where the random some-going-through and some-not is going on.

when I say sorted, processed and shipped out od date sequence, I mean mainly by the mail handlers at HK Post and customs...and that's the cause of some unhappy campers.....but FT also is getting some newer orders out faster than the oldr ones...its not exclusively HK post mail handlers and customs officials...and USPS is also a reason for out of sequence deliveries...there 's a whole lot of varaiables and players involved in this situation that share some blame..but overall FT has done a fairly good job so far other than some shipping mixups , and shipping wrong products to wrong ppl, and not notifying the customers until HK Post made an official announcement on 10 Sept when FT had this issue about 2 weeks prior to that, and then they only posted this delay on their forums and not to every customer via email....

Package of starter kit with ego batteries and a separate package of clearos are being delivered to my door today via USPS....Not bad since order was mad on Aug 31...a 18 day process....usually its about 10-12 days from date of order to my door delivery, but an extra week or so sitting at Hong Kong Post and customs slowed it down ....this didn't turn out as bad as I originally expected when Fasttech and HK Post announced the delays....things are improving as the backlog is dwindling and orders are getting through on a regular basis , just a lil slower than usual..so this order took an extra 7-8 days, no biggie..I'll continue to use fasttech and expect shipping to be a lil slower and plan ahead..

I'm watching my first FT order. It has departed the USPS Sorting Facility in Bethpage, NY. Not sure why it was routed through Long Island, New York to get to Minnesota. Order was placed 08/31 and shipped 09/02.

My other three orders are "Despatched to overseas (Country code: US)" with a "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" status on USPS side.

The package went from Long Island, New York to Baton Rouge, LA. No clue what's going on. My other three packages are still AWOL.

My package containing only a Kanger Protank II will be delivered today or tomorrow, the one containing the Vamo v2, two 18650 batteries, Nitecore charger, 2 Kanger Protanks, replacement heads, and a case is still only listed as accepted on September 9 2013.... sure hope it makes it through customs because I'll have nothing to attach my protank to if it doesn't lol! :D

I'm in the same boat with a SS Vamo V3, 2 18650 batteries, and a Nitecore.
My tracking number ends in HK and has been (to my knowledge) in Hong Kong three days now. Unless USPS just hasn't updated, which wouldn't be surprising considering even in-state orders via USPS sometimes don't update until they are at my doorstep.

Four mechanical mods, one variable mod, three RBAs, tips and other whatnot. Four batteries. No juice. That's my story. Good luck to all!
