I have a similar feeling... it's a tough call on this stuff given the Chinese business culture.
On one hand this could just be a temporary knee jerk reaction from some bureaucrat due to an incident or a potential new security threat. Then this goes away quickly due to the mountains for shipments piling up and local businesses raising a stink... High probability that I think FT is banking on. But I think they are playing a dangerous gamble on losing business if this doesn't get resolved quickly.
On the other hand it's poor business to keep accepting, packaging and shipping orders that most likely will get rejected. That will cost FT a ton in extra handling and labor cost... plus refunds... quickly followed by loss of customers as the word gets around.
I have an order "stuck" in Hong Kong post... luckily no batteries or juice. Thankfully nothing I need quickly. I don't buy juice from them but have bought their starter kits as gifts for others who I'm trying to lure into this vaping realm...
We'll see how this plays out...
I like the conspiracy theorist in you xD
