Thanks for the tip. However I only use rda's and genesis attys, and I'm very good at building my gennys so they don't leak. I ditched clearomizers months ago.

I've been using mount baker 100% VG, and diluting a good chunk of distilled water with it, and it's been working fantastic. Figured the same principles would apply to my DIY recipes. I checked the consistency when I diluted it at 20% and it looked way too syrupy, so I upped it to 30, and it looks good. mount baker of course offers a mix of 70% VG, 30% distilled water, but I just saved costs and did it myself, albeit lowering the nicotine content

RBA's are cool because you can Alter the amount of wick material to Increase or Decrease wicking.

You do fine with the DIY. Just do Everything in Small Batches (15 or 20ml's) in the Beginning.

And write down EVERYTHING you Do.

Yeah first batch was 25 ml of the cheesecake. Flavor was good, but just cheesecake, no sweetness whatsoever. It'll make for a fantastic mixer with the raspberry flavor. I'll do a batch of that and combine them

What kind of Sweetener did you use?

I suppose being a newbie, I wasn't aware I had to use sweetener... Suggestions?

If you made a real Cheese Cake and Didn't Add any Sugar, it would Probably Taste like what you have. Same with if you made a Batch of Cookies or Fudge. When you cook, you need to Add Sugar for many things

Same with DIY. I like Sweet Flavors. So I use Pure Sucralose that has been Diluted in PG and Water. If you try Sucralose, buy it from where you buy DIY Supplies. And Don't use Grocery Store Sweeteners.

Other like Not so Sweet so they use Cotton Candy Flavoring. Cotton Candy is Ethyl Maltol.

you can make enough EM 10% solution for... forever, I think, with a single 7g vial of crystals.

7g EM + 63ml PG = 10% EM solution, and given that you generally only use it at 1-3%, that's enough for 7-2.3L of juice. Is easy to do it like that cause you don't have to measure, just dump the crystals into heated PG and shake.

7g of EM crystals costs $1.50 at WL

but as said above, unless you use a lot it won't be very sweet. And IMO is you use a lot it will mute out your other flavors (it is generally used to round-out mixes)

people use sucralose and stevia for sweet-sweet, generally. You can also get TFA sweetener (no idea what it is or what it's like, but people seem to like it)

If I made A sweetener base, it would be mixed in Vg, not pg. Good news about my first attempt, it didn't dry my mouth, which I was worried about. I'll snag some em crystals though. I need to buy a cabinet or something for all these goodies I have =) or a China Hutch lol

too much to cipher thru... may have been mentioned.

DIY: Consider the option of mixing by weight. Much of the cost for equipment; cylinder, beakers, flasks, and such glass wares, can be put out of the equation.
A fair scale readable into the 100th isn't costly. The speed of mixing is quicker and requires very little to no cleanup.

In other respect to local national FDA decisions; folks please don't go hoarding up on nicotine.

They already are, as reported in various threads re wizard labs.

Wondering if should give them a call? In other news, the price of DIY supplies has dropped On Amazon (lightning vapes).

I'm not sure How Sensitive you are to PG?

But if you do the Math, you will find that a 10% EM solution Doesn't Add much PG to the Final e-Liquid Ratio in the Amount that you will use it in.

Also, as another Member mentioned. You can only go so far with EM. After that point, you Mix will not get any Sweeter. It will just Turn into a Chemical meh Taste.

Thanks. Is it possible to mix the EM in distilled water?
As far as I'm aware, I'm sensitive enough to pg to the point where I want as little as possible in the mix

I'm not sure. Probably.

Because I only use EM in the Beginning. And I bought it in Liquid Form.

I'm not sure How Much EM Crystals are. But if they Aren't Too Expensive, maybe you should give them a go and see what happens?

I never felt Bad trying new DIY tings even if they Didn't work out. Because I was Saving So Much Money verses buying Pre-Made e-Liquids, who cares.

Yeah I mean the 25ml batch I made would cost between 10 and 25 bucks depending on who your buying from and it must have cost me pennies on the dollar. The crystals are pretty cheap if I'm remembering right

That's kinda the Mindset I use.

I have a Cigar Box full of Small Flavor Bottles that I bought and Didn't like. I'm I ...... that I spent 4 Bucks a Pop on them?

Heck No. I have Saved 100 Times that amount by doing DIY.

I know which Side of the Plate the Ice Cream is On.
